The condo can accommodate two guests, making it an ideal escape for couples. This sunny ground-floor unit opens onto a light-filled living area, warmly decorated with a sectional sofa and twin mid-century club chairs framing a modern glass coffee table and wall-mounted TV. Just beyond, a glass dining table seats two guests for dinners home-cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring hardwood floors, wood cabinets and stainless steel counters. There is also an additional powder room.

After a day at the beach, retreat to the private bedroom, where a king-sized bed and wall-paneled cable TV invite relaxation. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with hardwood floors and a spacious step-in shower. On cool evenings, step through sliding glass doors from the bedroom to enjoy a drink on the private deck.

A separate deck off the living area, furnished with a stylish sitting area, leads to a private white-sand beach with sweeping marsh views. A boardwalk leads to the ocean for easy access to swimming, shell hunting and dolphin watching.

As a guest of the Cedar Beach Villa condo complex, you'll enjoy access to outdoor common areas with two charcoal grills for summer barbecues and two seasonal swimming pools.

You'll also have access to the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club, which features an Olympic-sized pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River, a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and a shuffleboard. Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Guest must provide a car pass total before their arrival.

If you seek a tranquil retreat away from the crowds for solo rejuvenation or a romantic getaway, Southern Grace provides an ideal escape steeped in nature and beachfront ambiance without sacrificing condo amenities. For adventures beyond the gated Harbor Island community, explore beach horseback riding, kayaking, and even a drive-in movie theater on Highway 21.

Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island, and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
