Artisans américains de bord de mer de la Nouvelle-Angleterre classique chalet sur l'île de Prudence. 2 chambres, mezzanine, 1 salle de bain complète. Douche extérieure. Toutes commodités, vérandas grillagées et plein air. Les animaux sont les bienvenus; grande cour arrière. Profitez d'une vue panoramique imprenable spectaculaire sur la baie de Narragansett, de Providence à Portsmouth, y compris le mont. Hope Bridge.

La propriété comprend un quai privé, un quai flottant, l'amarrage et la plage. Grande pêche à quai.

Le chalet est bien approvisionné en ustensiles de cuisine, épices, articles en papier et condiments. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est votre nourriture et d'autres provisions.

I had an amazing stay at the cottage. Very nice view, and enjoyed very much the balcony on the back even during rainy days. The house has almost everything you need. Just need to bring food and books!

This gem was gorgeous! you truly just had to show up. the host was so kind!! there wasn't even a mile long list of expectations at check out time like most places we've stayed making it a true vacation from start to finish!! we were so grateful we found this and were able to stay. the space was amazing for what we were looking for. you could see the ocean from the majority of the house, private beach access right across the street with a dock if you want to fish. I cant think of a single suggestion to make it a better stay

Great Views of the Bay!

We had a great stay at this cottage! The views were beautiful and we loved having dinner out on the porch every night. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Prudence Island cottage. Enjoyed bicycling the island, beach combing for sea glass, and playing disc golf. Being able to bring a pet was also a bonus. Definitely plan on staying here in the future.

Awesome place! One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. I was a little nervous about the ferry over but the process is super simple (there and back) and was only about 20 minutes. 100% would recommend to go check out!

Amazing As Always!

Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!

Perfect summer cottage

We had such a lovely time in this cottage celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday! It reminded us of the traditional summer cottages on the Cape and it brought back memories of past times. Absolutely lovely!

A wonderful seclusion

We had a great time at this house, it was well equipped, clean, and a wonderful location. The views, sunrise, quiet and bike rides were our highlights. Vicente couldn't have been nicer to work with.

Perfect Getaway For Our Needs

Perfect spot for our family in all aspects including use of the mooring for our boat so that we could participate in water sports etc... and traveling back & forth to home port as needed across the Bay. Simply Amazing views!

This is an adorable beach cottage, very clean, with a private beach on the other side of the street, directly infront of the house. Vincente was very prompt to reply to any questions, and the outside shower was fantastic! Bring your bikes!! Really a great host, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely perfect!!

A true gem with amazing views of the island! The decor is a perfect accent to the whole cottage experience. With windows that span the front of the cottage, the morning sunrise is spectacular. From the dock, the sunset will never disappoint. Can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful Quaint cottage

This was a beautiful place to stay! Vincent is an amazing host and makes everything super easy. When you are here, you will feel like you are one with nature. It's super peaceful. The amenities are unmatched, from the grill to the firepit, the private dock, to the towels, bedding that is included, washer, dryer, it is a home filled with conveniences. I highly recommend it!
