Welcome to San Carlos 505 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium offers serenity and style for your beach getaway. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest rooms include a queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds. The living room also has a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to ten guests.

Enjoy meals on the private balcony with ample seating and breathtaking views. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to provide all the comforts of home, featuring a breakfast bar, dishwasher, cooktop stove/oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, pantry space, and a wet bar.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

This was a great room in a great location. Room is right outside the elevator and has a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was very clean and had no issues at all. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this condo. Had great communication from the host when any questions came up.

Great condo and location

The condo was super clean and spacious. It had a terrific pool and easy access to beach. We really enjoyed the stay and had no problems. We did not have Wi-fi access which was a little bit of a problem since two of us had to work some, but were able to use a hotspot. The owner was quick to reply with different passwords for the Wi-fi but it still didn't work. Other than that, the week was relaxing and wonderful.

weekend stay

Location was great if you want to be central to Gulf Shores. Check in was easy--code was sent and we went right into condo. Beautiful view from living and master. Nice large condo.However, the room was not sufficiently clean, dirty blanket in the master closet, dirty wash rag under master sink, leftover pretzel behind living room curtain. The master tub was broken and unable to use and the grout in the master shower is coming off. This condo is nice but definitely needs better cleaning and new updates in the bath and kitchen. Also, they do not tell you that you are required to get a 50 parking pass when you arrive. That was left off the instructions and luckily we only got a warning ticket and not a tow!There are definite improvements that could be made for this condo rental.

Large condo. Located at the elevators, so if you have little tiny kiddos staying in the guest rooms.. it gets quite loud for a few hours. Love the carpet in the living room.. but there’s many many staples sticking out in several areas. We had to cover up many places with towels. The most inconvenient thing was that the large tub in the master wasn’t working for the entire duration of our stay & we got little information about it & sometimes none at all. Some small things that weren’t quite a big deal but can be very convenient that I’ve seen in many others: No welcome papers or arm bands for the pool laid out. No salt & pepper Master king bed is VERY uncomfortable. We’ve stayed in many many many condos at San Carlos & this one was my least favorite.

Good location but lack cleanliness

The condo is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and the Hangout. Close drive to grocery stores, but the best thing was the ocean front view. The view was spectacular. The condo was comfortable with three spacious bedrooms each with a bathdroom which is the main reason why we picked this condo since we were all women and some of them take long time to get ready. Also the building has 3 elevators that were fast and we didn't have a long wait despite that the building was crowded during Springbreak. We give a 2 star because the place lacks cleanliness. When we arrived there was pieces of food on the kitchen floor, cereal on the carpet, and cheese and other food pieces all over the balcony. The place needs a complete make over. The carpet in the condo and rugs in the bathrooms have to go, the kitchen tile and appliances needs replacement, doors need to be cleaned/paint, and closet doors need repaired. The place has some kind of musty smell that it may be coming from the carpet, and the furniture. We liked the spacious room and the location but due to the condition of the place we are not planning to comeback. For what we paid we expected a cleaner place

Nice Vaca get away

We really enjoyed our time at this property . We were disappointed that the master tub was not in working order. The unit does need some TLC....the LR couch is broken down and the mattress in the master needs replaced. The arrangement of rooms was nice and we liked having bunk beds and a separate bathroom for the kids. Great view and decent seating on patio.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay, the location was excellent and it served our purposes well. We were there for a softball tournament and being right on the beach was great! Also walking distance to multiple different restaurants was super convenient for us. All in all I would stay there again ! We loved Gulf Shores although it was a little upsetting, the Jacuzzi tub was out of order. And parking was an additional $50 which isn’t much, but for the price we paid, I would think that should be included. Maybe parking was explained when booking but I don’t remember seeing anything about it. I gave cleanliness four stars, because I feel the floors could’ve been swept a little better than what they were upon arrival. Everything else was very clean and satisfactory. All in all we were satisfied with our stay, and like I said, we would stay there again.

Could use some updating

Stove is ancient and there’s carpeting in the bathrooms (carpet is pretty old). Our dryer stopped working but the management company was fast and efficient and got it replaced to new one within 24 hours during a music fest on the weekend. Property management company was totally responsive throughout the weekend. I just think the owner needs to consider updating a bit. The kitchen rattan chairs are wobbly, the pull out couch doesn’t provide comfort, fry pans incredibly old. But otherwise worked out well for our trip!

Family spring break

We had a great time on our spring break vacation. The location was amazing and the property was as pictured. Some of the bedding (bedspreads) needed a wash but otherwise the condo was clean and had everything we needed.
