Dan was super communicative and kind. He answered all our questions quickly, and I appreciated the auto-reminders leading up to our stay. The check-in process was super smooth and upon entering the home, we were super pleased. The home is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen so cooking at the home was a breeze. We went to an event at Empire Polo Club, where shuttles were offered, so it was walkable from the property to the pickup spot. We’d love to stay here again if we find ourselves back in Indio.

Very beautiful villa and surrounding property!

This villa was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Luxurious furnishings and stunning property location. I would love to stay there again! Location is great with lots of shops and restaurants close by.

Beautiful and tranquil resort

Our family of six had the loveliest stay in this stunning resort. The grounds are pristine, and the service excellent. The villa was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extremely helpful during our planning and stay. We would definitely return here.

Lovely Legacy Unit - Ideal Private Floorplan

We have stayed at a ton of Legacy units and this was our first in this floor plan. We loved the split master format - very private. And great for our family with young kids.

Great place to stay!

We had a blast at the townhome. We had an excellent family vacation and our kids enjoyed swimming and sleeping in the bunk beds. We were able to prepare a lot of meals at home which was nice. We visited old town La Quinta, the Living Desert Zoo, and did the Palm Springs aerial tramway. The property is lovely and very well maintained. The directions on how to use the property were very straightforward. All the guests we spoke with were friendly and nice. I would love to visit again!

Beautiful unit! We have stayed at Legacy Villas before and loved it, however, this unit had backup supplies, such as trash bags, toilet paper and towels, coffee, and basic toiletries. That was a welcome surprise...thank you!

very nice condo!

my family of four had a very good time at this very attractive and comfortably appointed unit. the very few issues that we encountered (i.e. questions about how to change the thermostat, an issue with the garage door opener) were dealt with promptly and courteously by the owner (including on christmas day!). the kitchen was very well equipped (we cooked several dinners at home, and ate out at two of the very good La Quinta Waldorf restaurants the other nights), the beds were comfy, the view out the back porch was beautiful, and the whole condo complex was very attractive and well-run. we loved having a choice of so many pools, and having a washer and dryer in the unit. the location is quite convenient, close to lots of good grocery and other shopping (a nice trader joes is 3 minutes away), and restaurants. palm springs itself is a half hour drive away but we didn't mind the trip for whenever we had to go into town. we would come back for sure!

Perfect place for vacation!

This villa was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space and it was nice to have bathrooms for each bedroom. The location was easy to get to and there are so many pools around that it never got crowded. The villa had everything we needed and we can't wait to return.
