Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath mountain themed home located in Akron! This well-appointed home is perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming living space with plenty of natural light and modern furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to be creative.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable King beds and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
1. We provide a 100% Smoke smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. If we find there has been smoking a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.

2. It is the Guests' responsibility to take the trash can for their apt to the dumpsters

3. Clean all dishes prior to checkout.

4. Empty all food from the frig and pantry before checking out

5. Please remove trash from the apartment prior to checking out

6. We allow dogs that are prescreened. No dogs are allowed on the furniture, unless you cover it with a blanket of your own to protect it. All dogs should be crated when you leave the home. Please see the Pet specific rules for more information.

7. Please do not hang anything on the walls.

8. Please do not move furniture

9. If you break anything, don’t worry, it happens, please just report it, so that we can replace it for you and the next guest
