Spacious Estate on 22 acres!

Private 5-bedroom retreat on 22 acres, 15 minutes from Detroit Lakes. The rental includes two buildings: a main house with 3 bedrooms and a separate bunk house with 2 bedrooms. Enjoy lake views, open land to explore, and an above-ground pool for summer fun. Modern amenities, comfortable living spaces, and a peaceful setting make this an ideal Minnesota getaway for families or groups.


*Swimming is not recommended in the lake*
*Private lake with no boat access/ launch*

-POOL: The pool will be open, weather permitting, during the off-season. Guaranteed to be open Memorial weekend - Labor Day weekend.

The Pool Use Agreement Waiver must be signed by the main booker before your arrival. All other guests must be aware of and comply with the rules outlined in the waiver.


-CAMERAS: This property has 3 cameras. One is attached to the outside of the shed, facing southeast towards the house, and another is just outside the main entrance to the house, facing west. The final camera is in the back room of the shed. This camera is used to keep an eye on personal property, such as lawnmowers.

Beautiful property, amazing yard and views As well as seclusion from neighbors. Pool and back yard area was perfect for our cooking and hanging out. Overall amazing place would recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved this home. The pictures do not do it justice. The inside is so beautiful, is well stocked with everything that is needed to stay in the home and also has games, books and a huge TV for entertainment. The house is very spacious. In addition to that the outside is amazing with a fireplace, fire pit, above ground pool and many beautiful views. We all loved staying there.

Best fishing trip ever

Everything including : Booking, communication, accuracy of listing, cleanliness, location, and the stay itself was absolutely perfect! A group of 10 of us stayed for an annual fishing trip, although this was our first trip to Detroit Lakes, it was our favorite destination/ VRBO so far. The location of the home was on a lake with acreage, so we had plenty of privacy!The house was so spotless, cleaned house I’ve ever stayed in! And so spacious and cozy for our group. Host/ Hostess had a nice binder with directions for check in, check out,, and local attractions listed. And provided their cell phone numbers if needed. Even left us the sweetest thank you card for staying at their home. The shed lot area was a perfect addition to help separate our group for a little privacy if needed.The pool was clean, and grounds were mowed and nicely maintained. So many lakes in the area to fish! We had great success, and our Host/ Hostess was gracious and accommodating to our fish cleaning needs (outside :) ) I would 10/10 recommend !! And plan to be back!
