This stylish and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath place is perfect for groups looking to spend time by the beach in Marina del Rey, Venice, and Santa Monica! Located 1.5 Blocks to the sand in Marina Del Rey, & 3 blocks to restaurants on Washington Blvd - perfect location!

Recently remodeled space. Huge living room, big dining table, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms w 1 king bed & 4 queen beds along with 3 bathrooms gives ample space for all to enjoy! Includes 2 parking spaces in the garage.

The rooftop is private for you and your guests to use. Unfortunately, the hot tub is NOT available for guests to use.

Gusts have private use of the whole place, but I live nearby and am always available via text for anything you need.

Located on the "Marina Peninsula" neighborhood of Marina del Rey, one of the most sought after locations in LA! Less than 2 blocks to the sand, 3 blocks to the restaurants on Washington Blvd and the Venice Pier. Walk or bike or scooter up the bike path to visit all of the Marina, Venice, Santa Monica, and beyond! Perfect location for your perfect vacation!

Awesome place

Visited la with a few buddies, for a friend's birthday; and the place was great. Safe ,great location, by the beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Host was great!

Great Location

Located about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nice size garage (parks 2), which is unusual. Beds were good, kitchen table perfect size for 6 of us to play cards.

Great Location

Very close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. The property was very clean and we had plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. The one suggestion I would have is to add ceilings in each room and screens on the windows. Since there is no a/c the fans would help with moving the air around. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for large groups

Our group felt right at home, in their own private rooms and a space large enough for family gathering. Justin responded immediately to all our needs. His team acted quickly with extra towels, hairdryers and extra kitchen supplies. Condo is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect for our group! Would book again, even with lots of steps to the third floor unit. No need for a gym for your cardio workout.

Dream

The apartment met the description and our expectations. We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space and comfort. The rooms are modern and bright. We liked the living area best. The landlord is very friendly, easy to contact and he responds immediately. The area is quiet and the beach is not far away. We felt very comfortable and would gladly rent the apartment again if we were traveling with the family again.

Family wedding

The property was a good location for us to UBER to and from the wedding site in Santa Monica. The property size and number of bedrooms was good for us. The condition was very average. No screens on the doors and windows also, broken shutters. The kitchen had only 1 towel, no water pitcher, cookie sheets, or blender. The floors were not very clean but the property and price point worked well for our purpose.

The house was very spacious for group and we loved the roof top access. Access to the apartment was a bit confusing and we could only enter through the garage. The apartment was on the 4th floor and there's no elevator but we're in good shape to go up and down stairs. I wouldnt recommend it for anyone with knee problems. The beach access was minutes away with all the cool shops and restaurants.

Good location

The best thing about the home is it's walking distance location to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach of Marina del Ray. Very sparsely stocked kitchen lacking items to cook/bake and also not enough utensils/plates/cups for a group (house is listed for up to 10). Also note the fifth bedroom is an open air-loft which would be fine for a kid, but not an adult or couple or anyone wanting privacy. The hot tub and sauna are not functioning; property manager was very responsive when we needed fans since no AC in home.

We had a large group and wanted a place where we could all stay together close to Venice beach. This was ideal for us, since we could walk to the beach and up to Abbot Kinney for food and shopping. There is also a liquor store and pizza place and other restaurants a short walk away. The rooms and living area are spacious and clean and comfortable to hang out in. After being out most of the day, it was nice to have a place to order in and hang out in the evenings.
