Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that your initial impression of the home was a positive one. However, we would like to address several of the claims made in your review. The only issue reported during your stay was the dryer, which our team responded to and resolved in a timely manner. At no point throughout your stay did you communicate any other concerns to us, despite multiple opportunities to do so. We are always happy to address guest issues promptly when made aware. We would also like to clearly refute the claim that the smoke detectors were not working. The home undergoes a thorough inspection prior to every check-in, including all safety features such as smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and exit accessibility. At the time of your arrival, all safety systems were fully functional, and we have had subsequent guests stay without any safety complaints. We take the condition, cleanliness, and safety of our properties very seriously and remain committed to ensuring our homes meet high standards.
