Another great year in LQ

This was our 5th year staying at Larry & Deborah’s lovely home in La Quinta! As always, they were super responsive to any questions and the house and neighborhood are fantastic. There are a lot of new restaurants popping up in the neighborhood and that makes it an even better location. Looking forward to our return next January.

Beautiful home and neighborhood

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The house had everything we needed and is amazing, the pictures do not show how nice it is. Very close to groceries, restaurants, Old Town La Quinta and a short drive to The Cove hiking trails. We wished we stayed longer, we will return!

Wonderful vacation home

I can’t say anything but positive things about our stay here. The location is great…close to grocery stores, golf, hiking trails, and the list goes on. Contact with the owners (Larry and Deborah) was always prompt. A large tasteful home accommodated our family of 8 comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped. The backyard had a large patio with 2 seating areas, a pool, spa, and BBQ area. I would definitely stay here again.

Our absolute favourite

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this LaQuinta property. We deemed this our "Oasis". The layout of the house and property is fantastic for families with areas for gathering as well as privacy. The home was close to restaurants, shopping, golfing, etc. Nothing was really missing in terms of convenience. All amenities were readily available. We certainly hope to return as this has been deemed the "family favourite"

This marks our fourth year staying at Larry & Deborah's charming home in La Quinta, and it continues to exceed our expectations. They were as responsive as ever to any questions we had, and the home was spotless upon our arrival. It was also fun exploring some of the new restaurants and wine bars popping up across the street. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a delightful retreat in the Coachella Valley.

Sunny and warm in La Quinta

My wife and I were out in beautiful Palm Springs for 2 weeks. We loved the house, location and hot tub. Located on Jefferson but a quiet neighborhood. Close to several amenities like Ralph’s grocery store, restaurants and close to some Pickleball courts. We also love to hike and close to several hiking trails. No issues and Larry our host was easy to contact when we did have a few questions. A wonderful relaxing vacation!

Fabulous property in La Quinta

Everything was great. Stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and so nice. Spent time on the phone with us the first day to walk us through some things we had questions on! The home was well appointed and looked just like the photo! Perfect! Will be returning!

Our wonderful family vacation.

Thank you so much Larry and Deborah for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house more than met our expectations. There was plenty of room for our whole family and the media system was awesome. Our grandchildren also enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. You were both so helpful in returning calls when any little issue popped up. Great home and location in La Quinta

Family of 5 stayed here for 3 weeks. The beautiful home is located in a quiet gated community that is convenient to shopping and dining. As previous reviewers have stated, the home and backyard have many amenities and comforts so you quickly feel like you're at home. For those that have to do some work while away, they have strong wifi and a printer/fax available. However there is only one small desk located in the kitchen, so private online meetings/workspace may need to be makeshift. Thank you Larry & Deborah for sharing your home!

Gorgeous home

Really lovely and very big home with a fabulous back yard oasis, and the best grill ever! Pretty big for just the two of us but would be perfect for a big family gathering. Love the pool, and really appreciated the clear instructions left by the home owners on how to use everything.

This home is located in a gated enclave of homes next to Rancho La Quinta Country Club with close access to grocery stores, shops, cinema and lots of restaurants on Hwy 111.

Home is close to shopping & dinning; approximately 1 mile to Cochella and less than a mile to La Quinta Resort, spas, restaurants for fine or casual dining, and Cineplex theatre a short hop away. El Paseo shopping is close. Ralphs shopping center and more restaurants, are walking distance. Enjoy the luxury of a completely upgraded outdoor experience with pool & spa, tanning shelf and two areas to enjoy al fresco dining. TV and movie lovers will appreciate all of the built-in entertainment. Master bedroom adjustable bed w/massage and large area for shower, soaking tub and walk-in closet. It is the best of La Quinta living!
