You are in Room 3! Please find the large metallic gold number 3 beside the door. This door will go into the entryway of your room. The keypad on door just inside entryway will open the door to your room. The passcode will be provided to you in a message before your arrival. ATV & Snowmobile trails from property. Trailer parking available.

Pub Lounge on site with food and beverage available Thursday - Saturday!! Please know that the lounge hosts events from time to time on Friday (Karaoke) & Saturday (Music) so there could be possible sounds heard in the room. If possible sounds are an issue for you, please, don’t book. LOUNGE HOURS ARE Thursday 4-8PM fall and winter and 4-9PM otherwise, Friday 4-9 or 10PM & Saturday Noon-9 or 10PM!

The room has original wainscoting on the walls, recently sanded and refinished to renew to it’s original beauty.

42” flatscreen smart tv mounted on a tilting and adjustable wall bracket for easy viewing from the bed or lounge chair!

Mini fridge with separate freezer, microwave and coffee pot are some added touches to make your stay more convenient and comfortable!

Air conditioning and heating comfort!

Private full bath right off the bed/living area.

Come enjoy a stay that will take you to a place so rich in history and so full of renewed life! The grounds, especially at night look so beautiful with all the decor and accent lighting. Lamp posts that give the look of old gas lamps. Just come and stay and walk around the area and take in a moment of relaxation with us here at The Island Falls Opera House!

Private entrance, fully enclosed. Take in the view of Main Street, Island Falls from many parts of this one of a kind exquisite rental room!

If you wish to have food provided for you during your stay from our Lounge kitchen, even on closed days, with proper notice we are able to feed you still!! Order anything off our menu and we will deliver it to your room!! Available for dinner time only between hours of 5PM and 11PM!! If you are booking with the expectation of this service please mention it in your initial message to us letting us know you intend to dine here. Thanks so much!!

In the event of a service animal staying, please no pets on furniture. A $50 fee will be imposed if found that these rules are not followed. We appreciate your consideration of our request :-)

It was very fun staying in a historical building. My room was very clean and comfortable and despite being warned that there could be noise from the restaurant/pub my stay was very quiet. Another huge draw for staying at the Opera House is that I was only 25 steps away from great food and really good beer. Chris was welcoming and very helpful!

Definitely recommend staying in this little spot! For a couple, the space is perfect. It's in the front of a little pub which unfortunately wasn't open the days we were there but the owner offers room service and it was terrific. We had a pizza, a whiskey sour and an old fashioned-everything was very yummy! We are staying two nights. Super super communication and an overall 5 stars! Also lots of lakes and hiking in the near area.

The room at the Pub worked out so well for us! Chris was quick to reply and assist with our check in. The location was great for visiting our friends in Patten, and checking out Baxter State Park and Katadin. We dined in the Pub friday night (good eats!) and Chris gave us a tour of the theater. It's unique atmosphere added to the stay. Would definitely stay there again!
