Situé au cœur du village River Run de Keystone, à seulement quelques mètres de la télécabine et de l'ascenseur Summit Express et à quelques pas des meilleurs magasins, restaurants et lieux de vie nocturne de Keystone. Si vous cherchez une maison de vacances où vous serez proche de tout, cet endroit est fait pour vous!
Notre unité est l'un des plus grands condos de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain de River Run, mélangeant un décor montagnard avec une touche contemporaine. En tant que propriétaires, votre confort est notre priorité. Nous avons récemment ajouté de nouveaux matelas et literie super confortables, des meubles de salon (y compris un canapé en cuir avec un canapé-lit queen), de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, une grande télévision à écran plat, des rideaux à la mode, de la peinture fraîche, de nouveaux planchers de bois franc partout et au plafond ventilateurs dans chaque chambre (notre propriété est maintenant la "plus cool" de River Run Village :-)). Profitez du confort, du style et de l'emplacement.
Profitez du parking souterrain chauffé et des commodités du club-house comprenant un hammam, un bain à remous, une piscine privée (la station d'expédition est le seul bâtiment de River Run avec une piscine privée chauffée, ouverte toute l'année), une buanderie (une partagée à chaque étage) ), table de billard, centre de fitness, aire de jeux extérieure pour enfants avec un rocher d'escalade, parcours de golf miniature et la nouvelle patinoire Dercum Square juste au coin de la rue. Il comprend également un casier à skis (dans le hall), un ascenseur, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un câble et un barbecue à charbon extérieur près de la piscine.
-Les enfants sont les bienvenus. -Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. -Fumer n'est pas autorisé. -Seulement 6 personnes sont autorisées dans l'unité, sauf accord préalable des propriétaires. -Chambre principale a un lit King avec salle de bain en suite. -La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen. -Il y a une salle de bain complète pour les invités dans le couloir principal. -Le canapé en cuir du salon possède un canapé-lit queen-size. -Cuisine complète. -Wifi gratuit - une cafetière Keurig -Foyer au gaz et vue partielle sur la montagne.

Nice Little Condo
Well appointed, comfortable beds and clean. Across the ice rink from the village with lovely shops, ski rentals and restaurants. It’s a bit of a hike to the lifts but you wind through the village which makes it easy.

Fun family vacation
This unit was the perfect size for our family of 4. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace, the well stocked kitchen, and the spacious master bathroom with dual sinks and separate water closet.

Amazing location
This condo is in a quiet corner of the building. The parking is awesome. Super short walk to the gondola . Excellent restaurants near by all within walking distance. We utilized the hot timing, steam room and outside heated pool, all were excellent. The condo is perfect, very clean, fully equipped, will definitely return. The owners are super nice and very quick to respond.

Great ski in/out option and close to other epic resorts you can drive to. The condo was clean, had everything you’d need- including heated garage parking! The owners were super responsive to questions! Highly recommend!

Perfect for our stay.
Property is in great location at base of Keystone - walking distance to lifts. Condo was clean and spacious and we used the ski locker, hot tub and pool daily. Laundry just down the hall. Owner was very responsive to emails ahead of the trip and made terrific suggestions. Will likely stay here again.

Great location in Keystone!
We enjoyed our stay at this property in Keystone! The location was fantastic; just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the gondola. The parking garage is a little hairy if you have a larger vehicle, as the spaces are very small and turns are tight. We did appreciate that it was heated, though! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Super location, comfortable unit, and lovely heated pool & hot tub!
This unit is on the first floor, with easy access to the heated pool, hot tub, lobby hang out area, pool table, ice rink, and town. The heated garage is lovely. There is a ski rental spot, Norski, right next to the building with easy rental and return. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay! Thank you :)

Awesome Little Getaway for Girlfriends!!!
We loved the condo we stayed at in Keystone. It was just far enough away from Silverthorne to feel we were out in the mountains and close enough to be able to drive in when we wanted to grocery shop, shop for fun or see a movie or eat outside the condo. We loved the surrounding town. Totally comfy and well kept living space. Clean and very pretty! Better than description as far as we are concerned! Loved our time!

Just to clarify, this guest stayed during the off season when many of the shops and restaurants in River Run Village close for the month. Otherwise, need not drive to Silverthorne, many shops and restaurants are right outside your door!

Family Spring Break
We had an excellent stay at River Run. We traveled with our two boys (11 and 9) for their first Colorado skiing experience. The close proximity to the mountain made the experience tolerable for them. They especially loved the outdoor heated pool. The condo was clean and had all major cooking needs. Just note there are no spices on hand, so you’ll need to bring everything if you’re planning on cooking at home. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Stay!
This place had all we needed. Loved all the nice toiletries. The extra fans were nice since the condo does get warm during the day. The location was convenient. Even though Keystone was not open fully it was a great get away. Plus is no lines and no waiting for restaurants for the places they were open. Easy check in and check out. Communication with Cortney and Jason was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great Family Stay
This place is good for families. It was clean with plenty of space for our group of 5. There is a bit of a walk to the slopes, but it’s definitely manageable and in a great location for the area. Property management, not the owners, was so-so. The heat was out the first night we were there, but the owner let us know ahead of checking in. We also had issues with the laundry machines in the hallway not working and property management not being helpful. The sauna caused the fire alarm to ring twice during our stay as well. I overheard that new property management would be in place in a few months though.

Condo was nice and clean, like the pictures.
Check in was not as smooth as I assumed the office should be in the same area as the condo itself. But it ain't 😞 It's down the road resides in an unrelated area. Also, it's not really "ski-in and ski-out", quite a walk for the middle aged, not-yet acclimated folks in ski boots. But overall it's a nice place. Ski trails are nice n long and actually have gondola instead of scary chairs for lifts!

Glad you enjoyed your stay and sorry that the condo wasn't as close to the lifts as you had hoped. While it is closer than the nearest skier parking lot, it's still about a 150 yard walk through the Village. I get the walking with ski boots, nothing ever seems close enough with ski boots. 😀
We were also disappointed when Keystone Property Management moved their rental office down the road (it used to be in River Run Village). If you pick the keys up on your way into town, it's on your way to the condo. Otherwise, you have to back track a mile and a half.
I hope you enjoyed your stay and the close proximity to the lifts, gondola, shops and restaurants!

Rental Unit very nice. Property Maintenance unacceptable.
We have stayed in Expedition Station before and looked forward to swimming in the pool after a long day. This time, the pool was supposed to be fixed on June 18 our arrival date as noted by notes by ACCU taped throughout the building. When not fixed on the 18th, ACCU then posted a note stating they would let us know on the progress and a local pool maintainer was contacted. The pool maintainer came out on Friday June 22. It took them <2 hours to remove the pool cover. I talked with them and they said all it needed was water, clean the leaves from pool and check water. That seemed pretty simple. Garden hose put in pool Saturday June 23 morning. No leaves cleaned. No pool. So we went 7 days without a pool. Seems to me if renters pay over a thousand dollars for a weeks stay, more effort would be put into satisfying paying customers. After all ACCU stated on their notes "Exceeding Expectations - Fulfilling Promises - Excelling in HOA Technology". Tried to call ACCU on Saturday June 23 only to hear a recorded message that they were on HOLIDAY. What Holiday?

I completely understand your frustration. It was our understanding that the pool cover was broken and needed to be replaced. ACCU is our new HOA management company and was required to get a few bids before proceeding with the repair. We were told that all guests were given access to the Dakota pool. I realize that it's not the building pool (Dakota is the building next door), but a good compromise given the circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience and are hopeful that the situation will be handled better in future should a similar issue arise. I have since forwarded your concerns to our contact at ACCU. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Great property but noisy time/ condo location
Stayed here with the family in July. Property is conveniently located to everything in the village. However, I wouldn't agree it's in "the heart" of the villiage. It's situated near one the ends of the villiage.
Additionally, the unit, itself, is on the far front corner of the property. The unit was clean, well furnished, comfortable, and obviously well maintained. Owners were very responsive to texts / minor questions we had during our stay.
As mentioned, the unit is on the end of the building. Unfortunately, this end sees a lot of car/ truck traffic as folks enter the villiage. Additionally, there are more condos currently being built directly across the street from this unit. Obviously that process makes a ton of noise.
Given we had the windows open most of the time we were in the condo, we were unable to sleep in at all during our stay. Sometimes the crew started as early as 6:30 AM. Not my idea of a relaxing vacation. Building takes place all day, and the noise really made it unpleasant to be in the condo for any length of time.
So, if your timing is right, maybe you won't have an issue with the noise. The condo and property are nice, and the building location is good. Just maybe bring some earplugs and hope the new construction across the street is complete by the time your stay begins.
Just wish someone would've given us a heads up on the noise before our stay - probably wouldn't have chosen this particular unit/ location if we were aware.

We apologize for the construction noise across the street. Thankfully the new condo construction is nearly complete. Our building is typically very quiet in comparison to those in the center of the village as we don't have daily festival, concert or restaurant noise. We stayed just a few weeks ago and didn't notice the construction noise, but we were also out and about most of the day. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will warn future renters about potential early morning and daytime construction noise.
To clarify our location to future renters: Our building is less than 100 yards (1 block) from restaurant area of the village and is about 175 yards from the gondola. Our building (Expedition Station) is considered one of the main buildings in River Run Village as it has it's own amenities (pool, hot tub and parking garage) and is next to the ice skating rink and Kidtopia headquarters. Many of the other buildings share amenities. There are only a total of 6 condo buildings in River Run Village and Expedition Station (our building) is one of them.

The TV did not work - to the owner credit, the bought a new TV on the second night, but we spent hours helping the install it. No offer of a refund or rebate was offered even thought 2 of the 3 nights (most of the 2nd) we did not have a TV and I had to help install it.

Perfect Relaxing House
Our trip was cut short due to a family emergency and Cortney was nothing short of amazing. She helped me with a couple issues. The house was in amazing location, close to a couple different restaurants. The condo was close to they fineness center, laundry, and pool area. This is a perfect location for a nice and relaxing vacation!

We resided in the Denver area for over 12 years. After moving to California, we decided we needed our 'Colorado fix' and purchased a condo for our family and others to enjoy.
Although we loved many things about living in CA, we were recently blessed with a job opportunity that landed us back in the Denver area. We are excited to be able to use our place more often.

We love to ski and ride and have always enjoyed Keystone Mountain. Keystone is one of the most family friendly and largest ski resorts in Summit County.
In our quest to find the perfect location, we fell in love with River Run Village and Expedition Station. The close proximity to many shops, restaurants, activities, and the gondola made this an easy decision. We enjoy being able to roll out of bed and walk to a coffee shop or take an evening stroll to shop and dine at one of our favorite restaurants.
Our kids love to ski, enjoy the private pool, playground, the Summer Kids Festivals, miniature golf course, ice-skating rink, snow tubing hill, snow castle, frequent gondola rides and the Ice Cream Shop in the Village. :-)

We chose our condo over others in the area as we wanted a location close to everything, a building with it's own amenities, a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit to accommodate our family and more space, so the extra square footage of our corner unit was ideal.
