Great condo in convenient location within Red River Village. No problem getting to gondola with gear. Set up of master and bunk bed room was perfect for our family of 5. Would absolutely book again. Things I wish I knew: (1) the washer dryer is not in the unit. It’s shared paid one down the hall. (2) parking is vague whether you have to pay or not. Posted signs all over saying to pay but app doesn’t work well and it says in small print residents don’t need to pay. Oliver is easy to communicate with so I’d check with him. We didn’t though.

Great Keystone stay

My family of 4 enjoyed our New Years stay here. Nice condo that is similar to other River Run condos we have stayed in. Nice comfy leather couches we sank into after a long day skiing. Our boys enjoyed the bunk bed room and swam in a warm hot tub/pool on a snowy night!Oliver is great to work with and we would stay here again.

Christmas Get Away

Wonderful Christmas Get Away! We had a wonderful holiday. We loved the vrbo. We loved the location. We loved the very close restaurants and convenience of the skiing. We just loved everything about it. Communication with the owner was quick and great. We definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for a great experience.

Ski trip

Nice property with great amenities. Family really enjoyed utilizing the gym, sauna, pool, hot tub and pool table. Very convenient location to all the shops and reataurants in Keystone village. Didnt move the car once during our 4 day stay. Definitely plan to return!

First time in Keystone

Did not disappoint. Many places for shopping, dining out, and morning coffee. Gondola and Ski lifts literally a block away.I do recommend getting your groceries outside of the resort area. Dillon is right next door with a nice grocery store. Only downfall is the laundry is shared with many families but still nice to have available.We will be back!

The Perfect Spot

Clean, comfy, and cozy! This was the ideal experience for our family’s first ski trip. 5 minute walk to everything. The beds were fluffy and comfortable and linens clean. After snowboarding ALL DAY we enjoyed retreating to the steam room, heated pool and hot tub. We watched movies on the couches and ate home cooked meals together in the kitchen. Oliver was easy to reach. We will be back!

Great modern condo, walking distance to gondola

We had a great stay. The condo was truly walking distance to the gondola (a 5 min one, but totally doable). The condo was modern and cozy. Not huge but plenty of space for everyone. The pool table in the lobby was fun and the ski locker a bonus. Beds and pillows were pretty comfy, and Oliver was very responsive when we had trouble with the key code the first go-round. Would stay here again!

Keystone Summer Sojourn

Overall we loved the property except for two things: 1. the king bed mattress was bizarre, high in the middle, crazy soft in spots, and hard to find a normal space where things were relatively flat; 2. The lobby looked nice but the pool table had no working cues and there was not a soul in sight that seemed to work there. Otherwise, if you can read directions on an app and want privacy, this is a great choice. On a positive note, the home is cozy, well decorated, and easy to navigate. Thank you!

Great Location, Small master

Loved the proximity to the ski area. The place was clean and updated. Small master bedroom with no place for clothes. Only 3 hangers and no dresser. Had to step around suitcases on floor. The master bedroom was attached to the hallway bath and the master bath was attached to the guest room. We did request a sponge to clean kitchen and dishes and was told we would receive one but it never arrived.

Clean and a great location!!

We absolutely loved this rental. Conveniently right across the street from entrance to village, ice skating and ski rentals. The gondola is through the village so all very close. The place was clean and perfect for a family. Nice and spacious and loved having two bathrooms, fireplace and having a sliding door to walk out. Kitchen was equipped to handle dinners. Zero problems. Only complaint was the pillows were all pretty flat but we just stacked them. I would only suggest adding some new pillows in the closet. I loved that the complex has a pool, hot tub AND steam room which we thoroughly enjoyed after a day skiing. The walls in the complex are a little thinner and we had rowdy neighbors one early morning but aside from that it was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall great experience

The host Oliver is very responsive and a super nice guy. The condo is newly renovated and has nice furniture and appliances. The walk to the gondola is an easy stroll through River Run Village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor location turned out to be a great location. It is down a quite hallway and we never heard any noises from above. The pool area shuts down at 10 pm and noise from that was never an issue. We loved being able to walk out our patio door and walk to the pool / hot tub. I would have given it 5 stars but there were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be taken care of. I emailed Oliver, and I trust he will get them taken care of.

First floor in Expedition Station

Great first floor location means no waiting for elevators, ski locker close to the room and you can even get to the pool from the back porch. (there was no pool noise transmitted to the unit because of a beautiful 10 foot boulder in the common back yard) Furnishings were nice with comfortable beds and a super comfy leather couch. Kitchen was stocked to cook at home with drip and Keurig coffee makers and a crock pot. The whole condo has been updated but you should expect some seasonal wear and tear from rental use (we visited in March). Bathrooms had updated showers each room had a smart TV. We did buy hangers because there was limited clothing shelf space given the King in MBR and double bunks in 2nd BR. Overall a great ski condo and a great trip to Keystone including a 1 foot Pow day!!!

Disappointing communication

At 4pm - check-in time - there was no sign of the fobs in the lockbox. I called the owner at 410pm and he said he would contact the cleaner and get back to me. 20 minutes later - with our car sitting outside, and worried we would get towed - there was no communication, so I texted the owner. About 10 minutes later he finally texted back (no call), that the cleaners "were on their way - and not to worry about parking upfront". This is slap bang in the middle of Keystone, with signs everywhere that you will be towed if you park in restricted areas. About 445pm, someone arrived with the fobs. The property owner never texted or called to check that we were set. The property itself was fine - great location, no issues as far as the unit is concerned. The low marks are for the level of communication. Should do better.
