Escape and relax in this beautiful 3-bedroom condo on Sanibel Island. With your private beach access, you can easily come and go to the beach for sunrise walks, quick swims and evening strolls.

This amazing property features an open layout, high ceilings and large windows allowing natural light throughout creating an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dry bar, washer/dryer and ample sleeping accommodations. The spacious screened lanai allows you to enjoy the outdoors. It's perfect for gatherings, outdoor dining, morning coffee, reading a book or enjoying nature whilst lounging away the afternoon.

Additionally, WIFI, 2 televisions, apple TV, and books are available for your reading pleasure. Parking enough for 2 cars, beach chairs, and available garage storage for beach toys, floats, tents and bikes.

Property has a beautiful private pool with loungers. A boardwalk leads you over natural vegetation down to a beautiful sandy beach. At the beach, you can stroll down to the lighthouse or meander at your leisure collecting shells and soaking up the salty sea air and sea breeze.

Morning walks to catch the sunrise and evening sunsets with friends are the perfect way to celebrate the day.

Owner is flexible with arrival days and times. On the day of departure, guests will need to plan to vacate before 10am to ensure adequate time to prepare for the next incoming guest.

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location! Lots of amenities and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Truly central to everything you want to do. Communication with host was top notch.

Yes, we had very good and timely information from the host. The condo is well apportioned and makes it easy to relax and entertain if needed. Very comfortable! Nice extras like coolers with ice packets, beach chairs, etc. BBQ grill in common area was in excellent condition. Lanai was excellent for reading, morning coffee, afternoon nap, etc! We need to stay longer next time!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was clean with a beautiful over-sized lanai. The short walk to the beach was such a great perk. The east check-in and communication with the property manager made our trip stress-free. We can't wait to book at this property again!

We had a great stay and Zoe was helpful, responsive and kind. The townhome and location were ideal. Quick walk to the beach and tons of great shells. We shelled on many of the sanibel beaches and Cyprina Beach was one of our best. Lots of lightening whelks and scallops. It was great for quick on/off island too as we visited the Edison-Ford Estate in Fort Myers and the Holocaust Museum in Naples. We also did sunset on the Causeway beaches every evening and it was super convenient from the townhome. We rented bikes from Billy’s and biked on many of the bike trails and stored bikes in the garage. We have visited Sanibel numerous times the last 15 years and are very familiar with the island. We would stay here again. It was very quiet and had a great pool area too.
