Idéalement situé à distance de marche d'un restaurant au bord de l'océan et d'un magasin de crème glacée préféré de la région et à quelques minutes en voiture des principales attractions.

BED BUGS!! Our trip had to end early due to bed bugs in one of the rooms. Pictures listed on site are not updated! Most of the furniture inside is broken and the chairs on the balcony are rusted. There was mold in the one of the bathrooms. TVs and internet worked poorly. Only positive from the trip was communication with the property owners.

Great location

Very spacious and clean. The property is a little dated but the location was great nice view of the beach. It is right next door to the banana boat, parasailing and a pub/restaurant. Across the street is a beachwear shop and one my favs was Mr. G’s ice cream (they have food too).

We love North Myrtle Beach. We've been making this trip for almost 20 years from Kansas and we've also stayed in multiple locations. I loved the fact that the condo was on the beach with easy access. And while previous reviews of the condo were correct, we still enjoyed our stay. This was also the first condo that we'd stayed in that the door code locked automatically every time the door was shut and we had to use the code every time to get in. That was nice since we tend to forget to lock the doors when we'd go down to the beach or pool areas. The only thing that didn't work in the condo was the ice maker and an easy fix is to buy ice so that's what we did. No, we didn't complain about anything because I'm not at the beach to complain, I'm there to enjoy the beach and not be in Kansas. I will say we ran out of hot water on Thursday and we left on Saturday. Again i did not call to complain about this because the ocean water was the same temperature. It might have made a difference if it had been that way the day we arrived.

Just as described

We had a lovely time and would return again. Everything was just as described. Our favorite part was hanging out on the balcony. The only complaint I would have is the paint chips and the need to be swept on the patio. Thanks again!

Great view!

Clean, nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Storage pantry was a plus. Kitchen was good size but needs more items. Kitchen resources were limited for cooking meals. Arrival time on Saturday was overwhelmingly busy. The elevators were so busy that we walked up the 7 flights of stairs on the first day twice. All in all the place was very nice and we would stay there again.

Great location condo was OK.

Advertised to sleep 12 but only had 5 plates in the kitchen. Not a very stocked kitchen overall. Couple chairs were broken on the balcony. There were only 5 of us so it worked out ok but not good for a larger group. The outdoor pool was completely closed so it would have been nice to know beforehand. Texted the number given and all we were told was that they didn’t know either. We love Myrtle Beach so we’ll definitely be back to the area.

Unit needed deeper cleaning. Mold around vents, and under toilets. Two toilets didn’t flush good. Balcony was filthy, front outside light needs new bulb. Some dishes were dirty. Pool was closed.

Adult family vacation was a huge success.

Upon arrival the man overseeing the parking and unloading was amazing! Very helpful even with the amount of traffic and people he was keeping organized. Elevators were extremely busy but if you had patience it eventually was your turn. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was minimally supplied but we eat out most of the time anyway so it did not concern us. Pool and lazy river were busy to say the least. More chairs would be helpful. Rules for lazy river needs to be made larger as most people did not see or read them. Condo location was great, did not have to drive far for restaurants or activities. We are all looking forward to next year’s vacation.

Our trip

The check in process was wonderful and very convenient. The parking situation was not good. Arriving and not knowing where to park or how to unload. Being tired from driving made it little frustrating. We figured it out and it was fine afterwards. There was some construction at the condo during the stay. Construction crews started VERY. This was on the outside of the building. Little disappointed in the kitchen supplies as in cookware. Overall it was a nice condo. Easy to get in and out of along with being convenient to stores and restaurants. The condo was spacious enough for our group. We would return for a future stay.

Walked into a unpleasant smelly unit, floors unclean, stained upholstery and no TV service. Could only text mgt and settled on requesting next day TV service which never came. Floor trim around shower and baths rotted and poised hazards. I'm not one to complain but hopefully my comments will help future guests have a more pleasant stay.

Needs Improvements

We had a good time at N Myrtle Beach, I would not say it was a 5 star. Many small issues, none that we allowed to ruin our stay but should be looked at. This reduced my star experience down to 2. The first star is for the view and location. 2nd is for cleanliness, with the exception of the floor, socks were black in 1 day. Linens were plentiful except dish cloth/towel 1 is not enough. Bed linens were clean. However, the bedspread seemed to need refreshing. Balcony Master Bathroom, the toilet handle gets stuck in a flush position, causing a toilet to continuously fill unless you remember to pull the handle back up. Wood trim areas are in need of attention and a bit of mold in the shower. 2nd Master Bathroom, shower diverter hard to pull, towel rack falls off. The kitchen refrigerator door does not seal properly, the ice maker does not work, and water drips from somewhere in the fridge. Stove drawer is absolutely nasty, like it has never been cleaned. Cookware needs replacing. Internet loses connection with TV and is quite difficult to reconnect. Balcony bistro chairs are badly rusted, afraid to use them for fear of getting rust on clothes. The dryer is rusted even the lint trap. Air system vents need cleaning and black dust on ceiling from vents. living room furniture desperately needs cleaning. The sliding door latch in the living room fell off, had to find screws to fix in order to lock it. I communicated all this to the property manager in a review to date no response.

Place looked like a construction site

Have pictures of black molded bathrooms and sparkling patches on walls we didn’t even use two bedrooms but still found the value for the room versus the construction projects not satisfactory. You should also know the refrigerator door is coming apart and insides are cracked about two foot long I have pictures. It was not a good value and I would not subject my family to this in future nor tell my friends. Walls in living room have settle cracks across the entire ceiling and it looks like someone patched a whole sheet of sheet rock in the ceiling but did a bad job as you can see the seems. Again would not recommend this to anyone I have pictures of the construction site that I leased for a short vacation get away at Vrbo not good

First condo we were in was NOT clean at all. This unit needs upgrades!!! 703N had bed bugs and we were moved to a different unit. 1st day repack to move was very inconvenient. Also the Barnicle company harassed us all week about parking. This was a very stressful vacation . We WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Good experience

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a great size for our group and in a good location, with the beaches just being a little crowded but not overwhelming. The pool and lazy river were great and it’s very easy access to get to the beach. We enjoyed being right near parasailing/banana boats and the Italian ice cart coming by on the beach. There were a few hiccups but wouldn’t necessarily keep us from staying again. We had no parking passes and called the rental company but never heard back. We ended up hunting down security to get them. We were also never informed by the management company that we needed wristbands at the pool. Once we were told by condo staff and did find our wrist bands, they were paper and only had 2 for our group of 10 staying a week. The complex was also a bit loud, with guests in the corridor late and fireworks being set off just about every night, so that was a little challenging since we had young kids with us. So there were a few issues but still really enjoyed our time here!
