Cabin 1 @ The Farm is situated on a peaceful 90-acre property, featuring a 30-acre field perfect for outdoor activities like tossing a ball or simply enjoying the open space. Guests can explore scenic trails for a short hike or visit the nearby pond, just a few hundred feet from the cabin, where a simple dock provides the perfect spot for stargazing or relaxing by the water.

Each cabin comes with its own private fire pit and propane grill, perfect for cozy evenings outdoors or enjoying a barbecue with your group. While the property is ideal for exploration on foot, motorized off-road vehicles like ATVs, side-by-sides, or dirt bikes are not allowed to preserve the tranquility of the farm. For boaters, there`s plenty of parking for your boat and trailer, making this the perfect base for your Dale Hollow Lake adventures. Escape to this serene retreat and create unforgettable memories surrounded by nature!
Children: Supervise children at all times for their safety. BB guns, slingshots, ATVs, and other motorized vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Events: If there is an event at The Venue during your stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please respect their guests and photographers by keeping noise to a minimum. They have also been instructed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for your comfort.

Porches: To maintain the cabins’ appearance, do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on the porches.

Trash: Place all trash in the outdoor cans with secured lids. Leaving trash outside can attract wildlife. It is your responsibility to keep the cabin area clean and free of debris.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Loud music is not permitted at any time. Many guests compliment the serene atmosphere, and we want to keep it that way!

Fire Safety: Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits. Please avoid building large fires and refrain from lighting fires during very dry conditions.

Pets: Pets are welcome! We allow up to two pets per stay, with no size restrictions. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.
