This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The open-concept living area features a warm and inviting fireplace, perfect for cozy nights in. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations, and the dining area offers a beautiful view of the surrounding woodlands. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, featuring stunning forest wall backdrops that bring the beauty of the outdoors inside, creating a tranquil and immersive atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep.

Location Highlights: Located in a secure and private gated community, our home offers an added layer of tranquility and safety. Guests have access to a variety of community amenities, including outdoor pools (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, and beach access to both Lake Carobeth and Dresser Lake. Whether you're here for hiking, skiing, or simply to unwind, you’ll find everything you need just minutes away.

Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to enjoy the deck, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening meals. The expansive backyard is a true retreat, featuring a charming gazebo where you can relax and soak in the natural surroundings. For evenings under the stars, gather around the stone fire pits or regular fire pits, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. The yard provides plenty of space for kids to play or for adults to unwind in the fresh mountain air. Plus, with easy access to nearby lakes, trails, and ski resorts, you’ll never be short on outdoor activities.

Please keep in mind: To access the pools, guests will need to purchase amenity passes at the Welcome Center, while all other amenities are available at no additional cost. The pools are usually closed on Tuesdays for maintenance, and guests under 13 years old must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.

Upon arrival, please visit the Welcome Center at Pocono Country Place to obtain your gate pass. The community is monitored 24/7 to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests and residents. The office will require an up to date ID and car registration from the driver during check-in.

IMPORTANT: We are required to submit an application on your behalf at least 48 hours before your check-in date. If this information is not provided on time, a $75 fee may be added, and your reservation could be delayed or even canceled. To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to send us the necessary information promptly. We’ll send you all the details you need in the welcome message after your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is not allowed indoors. We kindly ask that you respect our no-smoking policy to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Pets: We love furry companions! If you plan to bring your pets along, please note there is a $100 per pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning. This helps us ensure the space remains fresh and comfortable for all our guests.
