Convenient and clean

The apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. Parking was easy and the building is very quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Exactly as advertised

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this apartment, it was very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the AC when we first arrived, and the property manager was super easy to get ahold of and fixed the problem quickly.

Perfect Location and Amenities

Our family stayed here for a week. The host was very responsive and courteous. The checkin process wasn’t seamless but the people we worked with were fantastic and so worth the wait. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Our family of five fit perfectly here. The location made, different than what was listed, was ideal for our trip. 8 minutes to Venice Beach, walkable to restaurants and multiple grocery stores. The amenities in the complex were great and the kids enjoyed the heated pool during a chillier than expected week. 10/10 would stay here again.

Spring break getaway

Our stay was fantastic. Originally, we weren’t sure about the location because it wasn’t as close to the beach as the the app showed. This was mentioned to us when we inquired about it though. The unit is big, beautiful, and clean. It was nice to have a full kitchen so we could eat in sometimes. The pool was great and beds were comfortable. Carlos, who met us, was also awesome and let us know all about the building and pointed out great places to go while we were there.

Stella apartments had nice amenities, apartment needs some work

Some good and bad about our stayGood:1) Comfy beds2) Quiet with very little noise from neighbors3) Great pool which was nice and warm for kids. Gym was good. 4) Two full bathrooms was nice. Washer and dryer were useful too. Bad:1) The floors were sticky and carpets need a real deep clean. You didn’t want to be walking around barefoot. 2) The dishwasher was corroded inside and the dishwashing sponges stank, which didn’t give great confidence in the dishes being clean. 3) The shower faucet was broken so only one of the two baths/showers was useable. We let the host know but it didn’t get fixed.

The apartment and complex is exactly as described. The rooms are huge as are the bathrooms. There is a ton of storage. The building is handicap accessible, but the bathrooms on the apartment are not. The pool and the whirlpool have lift chairs. The building is a complex with mostly single professionals so it is very quiet. On the map it looks like the Marina is within walking distance, but it is not. However, there are tons of businesses around to walk to. We took a daily walk to Starbucks each morning. Ralph's is across the street so we were able to pick up groceries when we didn't.want to go out for a meal. The only thing that was odd was getting the key on arrival. As a single woman traveling with two teen daughters, we were told to meet a gentleman in the shopping center parking lot. I was looking for a real estate office, but he pulled up in a truck and told me to follow him to the building. It is a secure building so he needed to give us access. Turns out he is a property manager and was very kind and helpful. It was a little disconcering to go against my natural instincts to follow a stranger into a parking deck, into an elevator, into an apartment after traveling across the country. The management company needs to do better about setting up a secure professional arrival,especially since the building has a main lobby. None the less, I would definitely stay here again.now that I know the routine.
