C'est la seule station de condo à Poipu sur une plage de sable. D'autres condos sont sur un rivage rocheux ou une longue promenade ou en voiture à la plage. UNITÉ RÉCEMMENT AMÉLIORÉE !! Nouveau parquet Koa, nouvelles salles de bains en carrelage et granit, nouveaux meubles. Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan depuis l'intérieur du salon et la chambre principale. Mesures pour le sable. Spacieux condo de 2 niveaux avec plan d'étage ouvert, plafonds voûtés, une cuisine et un nouveau mobilier rénové. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est inclus dans ce condo - linge de maison, literie, cuisine entièrement équipée, chaises de plage / serviettes de bain, jouets de plage et tous les équipements de la station: bureau 24h / 24, concierge, sécurité, entretien, ménage, piscine, toboggan, jacuzzi, tennis / terrains de sport, parcours de golf, barbecues. La rive sud ensoleillé offre un séjour parfait toute l'année. La côte est (Kapaa) est très venteuse et la côte nord (Princeville / Hanalei) est le côté pluvieux et il n'y a pas de complexe de condos directement sur le sable comme le Kiahuna. Passez vos vacances sur le côté ensoleillé de l'île!

Les ventilateurs de plafond et de plancher dans chaque chambre - pas de climatisation dans ce complexe. Les seuls condos qui ont la climatisation à Poipu sont une longue promenade / conduire à la plage, ou commencent à 600 $ + / nuit. Les alizés soufflent agréablement dans le condo. 2 niveaux, doit être capable de monter des escaliers.

Meilleure plage de Kauai. Profitez de la rive sud ensoleillé dans cette belle station balnéaire tropicale avec des jardins d'orchidées, une végétation luxuriante et de vastes zones herbeuses. Ceci est le style de plantation traditionnelle hawaïenne à son meilleur ... pas votre hôtel typique de grande hauteur. Cette faible densité 35 acres station est inégalée dans sa beauté tropicale, avec un espace plus ouvert et de vastes zones herbeuses que la plupart des propriétés ... vous ne trouverez pas un autre hôtel de ce type. Vous pouvez passer vos vacances ici sans entrer dans votre voiture. Plongée, la natation, le surf juste en face. Marche pour les restaurants, le shopping, marché, piscine, tennis, golf, luaus et d'autres activités. Détendez-vous sur la plage ou vous asseoir dans la zone herbeuse à côté du sable. Ce complexe propose des chaises de plage et des serviettes gratuites et loue tous les équipements de sports nautiques. Cours de surf également disponibles ici. We had a great family vacation! The bedroom had a nice floor plan with a two bedrooms downstairs and the living space upstairs. Great beach access just steps away. There’s also a cute restaurant on the property that serves a delicious breakfast.Across the street, there’s a shopping center with everything you might need, including more restaurants. The pool across the street was fantastic, and the athletic club had a shallow incline that was perfect for kids. We highly recommend this place!

Alternated between beach time on grass area and great excursions to NaPali coast, Grand Canyon and helicopter tour. Beautiful grounds you cannot go wrong

This condo has a king, 2 singles and 2 thick single folding futon mats that can be used anywhere in the condo. Most of my guests found that a sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and ended up putting the large mattress on the floor. I've had far fewer complaints with the futon mats. Everyone has different comfort needs, so I'm sorry there was no sofa sleeper for you. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday and can go back and enjoy Kauai again soon.

Great property with amazing views of the beach. Everything was as described which met our family of four for seven nights. Would stay here again. We enjoyed the walk along the water past several hotels and towards a shopping center which was convenient.

We had a wonderful experience at this condo

This condo is in a great location right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and there were beach chairs and equipment available for us to use. I was very impressed with all the kitchen appliances that were available for us to use. That was very helpful for a family. We were able to make food in the condo and didn’t have to go out and eat for every meal. The communication was excellent and we were grateful for all the information and tips the managers emailed us prior to our arrival. We were able to plan our vacation thanks to all the helpful links they sent us. I highly recommend this resort and condo.

Great location

We had coffee on the balcony in the mornings looking over the beach, walked to the beach, took surf lessons, and watched the sunset nightly - all without having to drive. We also traveled plenty to take hikes, dine out, etc. We will be going back!

Wonderful ocean view condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-appointed, clean and comfortable two bedroom condo. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and surfers. While there is a parking lot between the condo and the beach, that didn’t distract from the view nor cause any bothersome noise. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

The Perfect Beach Rental in Poipu

Kim was a great communicator and made the booking easy for us. We were already familiar with the area and the rental was in the perfect location right across the street from the Sheraton/Kiahuna Beach - perfect for surfing, sun, and sand! The rental had everything we needed - most of all, AC and a washer/dryer (not easy to find). Thanks so much for a wonderful stay - so spacious and comfortable!

Great Location, beautiful beach

We loved our stay at the Kaihuna Plantation. The location is perfect. Beds are comfortable. The noise from the bullfrogs and roosters is a bit loud very early in the mornings, But that’s part of the experience. The grounds are beautiful! The pool area is nice but a ways away from the condo. The concierge was very helpful in booking our helicopter tour which was definitely a highlight

Jacque - So glad you enjoyed your holiday! Unfortunately there are some bullfrogs and roosters that wander onto the property. Our maintenance/landscape department does a nice job of removing them as often as they can, so if you are disturbed by them, please let the front desk know the location of the frogs/roosters so they can help. Hope you can go back to Kauai again soon.

This place was gorgeous. Everything was updated, the kitchen and living room were huge. It was perfect for two couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It’s in a great building, a little off to the side by the Sheraton and close to the beach. This is a great choice if you’re looking for a larger, two bedroom unit. Kim is a great host. Very available and helpful.

Beautiful Condo!

We had an amazing stay with our two two elementary school age kids. The condo was perfectly outfitted with boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs that made the outing to the beach seamless. The condo itself has everything a family could want including extra linens, a well outfitted kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer to clean up all the gear after adventures. The thing we enjoyed most was our evenings eating dinner on the lanai watching the beautiful sunset. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation- Perfect Location

We stayed for a beautiful 11 days. Kim was super easy to work with and the rental couldn't have been In better condition. The location is within easy walking distance to many beaches. We walked to Poipu many times quite easily with an 18 month old. The property is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and shops right across the street. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Comfortable for a family of four and a mother in law. Thanks Kim- hope to come back soon!

We have lived in Southern California our entire lives, raising our two sons in San Diego. We love spending our vacations in Hawaii and other tropical locations. We started bringing our boys to the Kiahuna Plantation when they were young. It was such an easy and gorgeous place to vacation that we just kept going back!

This is our favorite Hawaiian island - its lush greenery and tropical vegetation is a tropical paradise! The Kiahuna is the perfect place for families, fun and relaxing without the crowds of Waikiki or Maui !!

This is a unique low-density resort with large open grassy areas, gorgeous tropical gardens and traditional Hawaiian plantation style condos - not your typical high rise hotel. With approximately 1584 square feet/147 square meters, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this well-appointed condominium. Right across the street is a mini-market for stocking the fridge, as well as restaurants and shopping. This beautiful beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out front, with on-site rentals, surf lessons and free beach chairs/loungers and towels. Just a few steps to golf and tennis as well.
