Getting Around:

The house is located directly across from the ocean, with beach access right across the street (less than a 1-minute walk). Take a 4-minute drive or a scenic 20-minute walk to Folly's main Centre Street, filled with vibrant restaurants, shops, bars, and live music.



Other Things to Note:

Mermaid's Crossing is one of three units offered at Mermaid's Compound.



Mermaid's Compound is comprised of three properties:

"Mermaid's Crossing" is the main 5-bedroom/7-bed house, and

"Salty Seahorse A & B" are both 2-bedroom/3-bed cottages.



Between all three units, there are 9 bedrooms with 13 beds, to accommodate a maximum total of 22 guests. Each unit offers its own grill and private outdoor porch, with a shared yard space in between all three units. There are a total of 10 parking spaces between all three units, in addition to free street parking.



The units can be rented separately or together.
