From the outset, we designed this home to be the premier Kiawah Island luxury rental. A short 3-minute walk to the beach, the spacious multi-family residence offers the best of everything. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you have an intro phone call with Kiawah Elegance to review the details of the booking. After the call, Kiawah Elegance will send you a reservation confirmation via email.

**In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance (TOKI #RBL23-000011) and with the Kiawah Elegance Agreement, all guests agree the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 4, approved number of bedrooms is 7, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 16.

**Optional heating or cooling of the pool, $150/per day.

**Elevator - The elevator is available for use during your stay. However, any service calls or repairs will be the responsibility of the renter and taken from the damage deposit.
