Lots of spaces for relaxing together or separately. Comfortable beds and couches. Great beach access and lovely pool. Nice that we didn't have to bring beach chairs or pool towels. Was perfect for our family of 6 adults (plus dogs) and could easily accommodate a bigger group.

A beautiful home steps from the beach. A bike ride to Coligny. Several shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It’s the perfect rental.

Our group of young 30s had the best long weekend ever thanks to this awesome house and owner! There was a very minor hiccup during check in that Brian was quick to personally resolve and update us on. The house is absolutely stunning and we spent a ton of time outside at the pool/tiki bar. The location to the beach couldn't have been more perfect. I would 10/10 recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful house that you'll never want to leave. Thanks for working with us Brian!

Great house just steps from the beach. Masses of room to spread out. Rooms were a really good size. My only suggestion would be to add a few serving bowls and a bit more cutlery but that’s a small thing!

It was very spacious, with plenty of bathrooms for our group, and the location made walking to the beach super easy. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool, and tiki bar with the outdoor TV. The older kids spent the days walking between the beach, pool, and hot tub. The provided beach towels and chairs were thoughtful touches that made beach days even easier. The house was very clean and plenty of nice bath towels were provided. The owner was incredibly responsive, which we truly appreciated.A few minor maintenance items are worth mentioning for the owner’s reference. I’m positive the owner would’ve responded and resolved during our stay if we had messaged but they weren’t an inconvenience. Several microwave buttons weren’t working, and the right garage door keypad appeared to need new batteries. That right garage door also needed some attention, as it sometimes required manually opening or closing it or continuously holding the inside button. The carpets and rugs had stains and could benefit from a thorough professional cleaning. They weren’t sandy/gritty though and we visited at the end of the busy vacation season.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Thank you for a wonderful place to spend our vacation!

We appreciate Angela’s kind comments about our home, but we are disappointed with her four star review as we are always aiming for a five-star guest experience. Angela did experience electrical trouble with the hot tub during her stay that limited her enjoyment of this amenity, and this is likely what cost us the extra star. This issue has been fixed and the hot tub is back in business for future guests.

My family of 10 (6 adults, a 21-year-old, and 3 teenagers) spend a great family vacation at this house the week before July 4th. The house met or exceeded all of our expectations. When I quizzed my grandchildren on what they liked best they said the EZPZ access to the beautiful beach, the great backyard pool, and being able to hang-out with their cousins in a very comfortable setting. I would add that the living area inside the house was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, and was a perfect fit for our family of 10. If there was any minor issue (such as the clothing dryer and TV 'sign-in' access to a TV), the owner immediately responded to my quick text and resolved the issue right away. Bottom line, and the best way to describe our vacation experience, is to ask the simple question.... would you return to spend another vacation in this house next year??? Absolutely!!! It was one of the best family vacations we ever had.Thank you Brian! Bill J

Family Beach Week

Overall was a great location, easy beach access, pool area was fantastic. Just about the only improvement we could we was the need for a new stovetop, one burner did not work and the others were spotty on the heat.

Pet friendly, would recommend if it’s an older dog that does well with voice commands vs leash. After oct 1 great for dogs! Host was great in communication when ac was not working and resolved in a day. Pool and separate hot tub was great and both heated nicely.

Thanks for the great review, Mehgan. So sorry about the AC malfunction. The fact that you still provided a five-star review is very much appreciated and says a lot about you as a good person. Future guests, this home has two brand new complete AC systems and one system needed a part replacement during Meghan’s stay to correct an electronic flaw. Both are working great now and no future guest will need to worry about AC performance issues.

We had a wonderful stay at the home for the week. Owners communications was excellent and if we needed anything, I felt like they would have responded immediately. The location is perfect, private boardwalk to the beach and the pool and deck was just right. The beach was amazing and the ocean a blast… . Garage parking, plenty of storage, could not ask for more. Good two weeks of R&R

Always a nice time visiting Hilton Head. House was "as advertised" and Brian was very responsive to the 1 or 2 small items we needed. House was clean and spacious and accommodated our family with no issue for the 2 weeks we were there.

Great location/stay for group

I stayed here with a group of 11 friends, 2 dogs, and a 2 year old. There was more than enough room for everyone. Great location - 10 second walk to the beach, 2 minute drive to Coligny. There were minor issues with the house but every time we messaged/called the owner he was quick to respond and quick to fix everything. I would definitely recommend this house.

Our family group of ten greatly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head at this rental! The house is spacious and comfortable, accommodating all of us and our two dogs with ease. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which gave everyone privacy. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. The kitchen was well supplied and the extra refrigerator in the tiki bar area was very useful. The provided beach towels were a huge convenience. The laundry machines are large and of high quality. Communication with the owner was seamless. Brian was very responsive when we needed anything or had a question. The Hilton Head beach is one of the best ever, so clean and wide and deep. The island’s beach crew comes through each night to spruce it up again for the next day. Taking walks and biking at low tide on the hard sand are a special memory. It was easy to access the beach area with the boardwalk. We were more than satisfied with this rental, the location on the island and the easy access to all that the Hilton Head area has to offer. We would love to return!

Great Family House

We loved our stay! The house was great and Brian, the owner was very responsive. We love the pool and easy access to the beach. Our older kids could bike to shopping and food. This was a perfect house for us-4 families. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a connected bath. Plenty of room to be together and have space!
