Aegean 220 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. It comfortably sleeps six guests with a king bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa. The unit features a private balcony with ample seating, along with access to a community pool, BBQ grills, and a private walkway to Destin’s famous white sand beaches.

Great location

This was our first trip to Destin and the location of this condo was perfect. Literally steps away from the beach and 10-15 minutes from any place else we wanted to visit. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful view!

We have stayed at this condo for several years and we absolutely love it! The view is outstanding and it's a great location. The owners are so helpful and responsive and we always look forward to our time there. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Destin.

Great location and views!

We really enjoyed this condo! The view was beautiful and we loved that the beach wasn’t too crowded and seemed very private. It was so quiet and peaceful. The host was also very responsive and very kind. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great spring visit

We went for a quick getaway after the big spring break rush. This Aegean unit right on the beach is a great location. Its off the main road on quiet Holiday Isle and the Aegean is a quiet family property. It was perfect for a nice relaxing time for my wife and I.

The best vacation!

We loved this condo and location! Mary Jo was amazing to deal with, had great communication and the condo was perfect for us. The unit was spotless when we arrived and was the perfect place for our family to stay for the week. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Wonderful location for a family vacation! The view of the Gulf made this an ideal rental unit, especially with small children. Even during nap times we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach and the water. Clean, well furnished and a well stocked kitchen. The Aegean as always was clean, well manicured with a friendly staff.

Restin in Destin

Nice, roomy condo with a good view of the beach. The condo had all the comforts and appliances needed for a nice stay.. It was quiet. It was convenient to the beautiful beach. We likely will return as we had a good vacation at the Aegean.
