Sortez du bâtiment ... dans la cour ... jusqu'à Sugar White Sand Beach ....... Pas de rues à traverser ....... nous sommes aussi près que possible du Golfe .... Lorsque vous vous promenez dans notre foyer ... vous voyez de l'eau .... Pendant la préparation du dîner, vous pouvez regarder les bateaux depuis notre cuisine .... Contemplez le golfe tout en vous allongeant dans le lit king-size .... Ou regardez les dauphins et les bateaux du salon, salle à manger ... et balcon. Notre condo au 8e étage est très grand avec 1450 pieds carrés. Lit king-size dans la chambre principale avec TV écran plat / DVD .... Chambre d'hôtes a deux lits doubles avec TV écran plat / DVD ...... notre 10ème étage a 1525 pieds carrés ..... Lit king size en Master et la chambre d'hôtes ........ 10ème étage Chambres les deux ont vue sur le golfe et TV / DVD à écran plat ...... Les cuisines sont bien équipées avec tout ce que vous avez à la maison. Laveuse / sécheuse dans les condos. Nous avons une piscine olympique chauffée avec bains, salle de fitness, sauna dans notre magnifique club-house donnant sur un lac. Deux courts de tennis, Shuffle Board ..... 24 heures de sécurité .....

Apportez des serviettes de plage, des chaises et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre plaisir de plage.

Ideal beach location!! Literally right out the back door. There are some things in the unit that need updating (broken blinds and front door) but otherwise extremely comfortable! Host was VERY easy to work with and very communicative.

Spring Break 2024

We absolutely loved this condo! I grew up in Destin, graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School 1993. My family still lives in town. So I am very familiar with condos around town. This condo is very spacious with everything you need. Very clean and the views are gorgeous! It was perfect for us! I would highly recommend. And intend to stay again!

Warning - construction on property

The listing does not tell you there is a multi-year construction project going on for the towers. We were told after booking that construction was happening, but were also told it was on a different tower. There will be construction workers M-F outside of your windows. Also, the property has the hanging vertical blinds and some of them are missing so it's concerning that the workers can see in as they work. The windows are obscured by splatter from the construction and you cannot access balconies or open windows. The price is great for the location and being right on the beach, but be aware before booking that the construction does impact the stay and the listing does not disclose that.

Jennifer, I am so sorry if there was a misunderstanding, however I spoke with you on 3/1/22 about the construction and you said it would be fine. Then, because of the construction I had to ask you to move to our other condo. The blind slats were all still there, some just get turned. Actually there is no outside balcony in that unit. We did lower our price because of the construction. Had you rented from the rental company it would have been $1000 more. Again I apologize if I did not explain it well enough. Thanks Barbara

The condo was very nice clean and well equipped. The renovation going on made it not so nice. The balcony’s were not useable and the look was not pretty. But the owner was very nice and told me before we arrived. I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The location of this property was perfect for our stay. We had a few rainy days but were able to enjoy the beach from the condo and able to visit other places. The condo was well described and very clean.

The condo was clean. The check in process was easy. The owner communicated well and was easy to work with.Good location and view. I agree with other reviewer’s who stated that there was a lot of knickknacks sitting around if you have small children in your group. It’s not as updated as some of the other condos that we stayed at in Destin. The dryer does take a few cycles to dry it seems, even with small loads. You will have to use beach service as you can’t use your own chairs. Overall we will stay in the condo again because we spend most of our time outside on the beach and it was clean and she was easy to work with and the views were great which are the most important things to us.

Previous positive reviews are spot on. The place is beautifully up to date and maintained. Luxurious high quality towels, second bathroom has a wonderful massage shower head. So helpful to have washer/dryer in unit. Steps from beach. Beach quite crowded with three and more rows of umbrellas. Tipping beach service helps to get front row every day! Pool quite nice with comfortable chairs. Very close to Winn Dixie. Would advise to wait on purchasing household items (TP, dishwasher, etc.) as we would have had plenty from previous visitors. Close to elevator but we didn’t hear it. Truly a great and gracious place to vacation. Don’t miss out! Thanks to the Davis’s!!

Great condo!

The condo is as listed, great location and very accommodating. There are no spices so if you are cooking you will need to bring them. The beach is crowded because of the chair rental service, we tried to hit the beach around 3 when there was more space. We had a great time but the airport was a nightmare so we likely won’t be back.

So Lucky to Have Found!!

This condo is beautiful and just as described. Recently updated, everything was new or in great shape, immaculately clean, and lots of wonderful little touches (such as DVDs, night lights, and outlet multipliers in some outlets). As we have a family member with Celiac, we eat all our meals in, and I was impressed with the fully loaded kitchen, including the variety of pots and pans, new looking utensils, and everything being clean. We were there with our three older children, and it felt spacious. The view is amazing, and we saw dolphins daily from the balcony (bring binoculars!). It was an amazing place to unwind, relax, and be together. We LOVED every minute of it, and certainly hope to be back next year!!

My wife & I rented this property (May1-May8 2021).We can honestly say this was the Best Rental that we’ve stayed in!!The property is on the 8th floor of Shoreline Towers~Tower#1~Oceanfront in Destin,Fl.The view from the Condo is Spectacular, the unit was super clean & in Immaculate condition.My wife & I agreed that we couldn’t find any negatives during our stay with this Rental.If you’re considering renting this Property;Go for it!I promise you will not be disappointed.We hope to be back next year & staying in this Condo if available.Thank You Mrs.Davis for allowing us to stay in your rental.God Bless!!!

Great view from the condo !

The condo was very clean, with very easy entry & exit. Location was extremely convenient as well ! a very short walk to the beach enabled us to take a stroll anytime. As a bonus, the beautiful emerald coast sunset can be viewed from the balcony.

We are retired from jobs, however we have a number of rental properties, so we know how to take care of our property. We work very hard making sure that our rental is as nice as our home. I love to shop and I am constantly changing and upgrading things in our condo.

We have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. We live in Smyrna Ga about 10 miles outside of Atlanta, Ga, so we are only about 5 hours from Destin.

We have beautiful condo's directly on the beach in Destin. We come down 3 or 4 times a year to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for our guests.

We also have wonderful people that take care of our condos when we can not be there. They take care of every little thing that needs to be done.

We have a lot of repeat guests that come to our place every year and we are so pleased of the love and care that everyone takes care of our property.

One trip to Destin and seeing the White Sand and Beautiful Clear Water, we knew this was our second home.
The minute we walked in the front door of our units at Shoreline Towers and saw the gorgeous Water Views we were sold.
You can see our two bedroom unit at vrbo #2159. We come down 3 or 4 times a year to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for our guests.

We have people who take wonderful care of our condo when we cannot be there. They take care of every little thing that needs to be done.

We have a lot of repeat guests that come to our place every year and we are so pleased of the love and care that everyone takes care of our property.

It’s Huge, 1450 sq ft see water from every room without standing up.
We really enjoy shopping and playing house at the condos, I can always think of a lot of reasons to shop and upgrade the condos.
We actually work the whole time we are there unless we have company. When we have vistors we take time to enjoy all the great things that Destin has to offer, the great Seafood
Restaurants, Shopping, Zoo, Naval Museum in Pensacola, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkling at the Jetties, playing Tennis, Pickle Ball I could go on and on. There is so much to do in Destin.
