Truly one of the best rental experiences our group has ever had. The house is exactly as described, with tons of great amenities (really nice kitchen appliances, extra hair dryers, etc.) The host Austin was super communicative and accommodating. House was cute and cozy and the location in this quiet neighborhood was exactly what we needed. We’re already discussing planning a return visit!

Amazing Property!!!

Absolutely loved our stay in Tempe! This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The decor was stunning, with such a stylish and inviting vibe throughout the entire home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property—definitely a five-star experience!

Her and her party were rock stars. They left the place in perfect condition. They picked up and put all their trash and placed it in receptacles prior to departure. Had no noise issues with any neighbors. I would rent to them again in a heartbeat.

Austin is the best host anyone could ever ask for. Prior to arriving to the trip, he was super responsive and helpful with any questions or requests I had. The house was unbelievably beautiful, clean and well stocked. Austin was so thoughtful in the details of this house. There are chargers and outlets everywhere. The kitchen was fully prepared for all of our needs. During the trip, we asked his help and not only was he responsive, but immediately solved our needs with a quick pop in visit. We couldn’t recommend him more and I would plan another trip to Arizona just to stay in this house again.

Incredible experience

A group of my friends and I got together to celebrate and couldn’t have picked a better spot! Austin is an incredible host and took great care of us. If we had any questions or needed help he answered right away. The house is beautiful, has great spots to take photos, and so many places to gather! This is an incredible spot, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to kick it with their friends or family.

Great Stay

Fantastic house and location. The house is located in a quiet community with easy access to many amenities. Wonderful back yard with great seating. The kids spent days swimming in the pool and playing games in the yard. The kitchen had everything we needed, and looked exactly like the photos. We were able to cook all types of meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked well, comfortable sheets, and lots of towels. Great showers!Host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay.We would very much look to stay here again.

My bachelorette was this past weekend. Austin was such an amazing host. Super attentive and very responsive. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. He even wrote a personalized note for us. The best host hands down!!! Even the neighbor from across the street was so nice. He saw us struggling to take a picture with a timer and came over to help. He chatted with us for a little bit and was the sweetest man. Now the home…. Holy crap. What a beautiful property!! We were blown away. The pictures on the listing are beautiful but they do not do this place justice. It was perfect home to celebrate. Everyone was comfortable and loved every minute. Very aesthetically appealing. The kitchen was stocked from plastic cups to snacks and sodas. We were all so sad to leave. I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m back in Arizona.

Beautifully designed, thoughtfully stocked!! This place is meticulously designed. Every room is gorgeous. It’s one part spunky, one part sultry, and two parts luxurious. Nothing was spared in the making of this one. The finishes are all very high end. The owner, Austin, has everything you might need. We’ve done a lot of rentals over time and I’ve never been in one that is so well stocked. Austin really thought of everything. He leaves so many courtesy items to make sure you don’t miss a beat. I think he did a lot of the design and renovations himself and clearly put a lot of time into considering renters’ needs. Amazing job, Austin! Thanks for hosting us.
