Prime! Charming! Fun! Just a few of the ways this house has been described. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

4 bedrooms w/ Two Master Suites! One on the main floor with a private side yard, & one upstairs with the other bedrooms. The Master upstairs has it's own bathroom, desk, and TV!

Lounge & enjoy the putting green & pool (not heated), and outdoor TV while grilling out!

9 minute Uber from Airport
13 minute Uber to old town Scottsdale
5 minute Uber to Mill Ave/ASU

We truly designed the space for us - our family & friends and are excited to be able to share this space and experience with others when we are not there. The home has a total of 7 actual beds, 3 bathrooms, and a fairly open living room and kitchen area that we've newly freshened up.

I'm also a huge fan of the backyard. Pool (not heated), bbq, TV, etc. etc. The high top bar table was inspired by sitting around a high top having cold beers with your friends and family at your local watering hole - this was the vibe I was working to emulate! Put a game on the TV behind you, and then hop in the pool (not heated) when you've had enough of the heat. Shoot watch the game (or a movie) from the pool (not heated). Please note, pool floats are not provided.

If you've had a enough of the sun and want a little shade pop over to the garage/front yard. We've got a ping pong table set up in the garage and you could move the cornhole boards to the driveway for some additional shade and play in the front. This home just screams Americana through and through! Please note, the owner's car will be parked in the garage so not available for additional parking.

Also forgot to mention the 5 hole putting green we just put in - you ready to role some puts with your fam? Work on that short gam? Come up on $20 dollar long put bet from your uncle, haha!? If you want to stay at one of the best locations in all of Tempe/AZ this is the spot for you.

Delightful stay in AZ

From beginning to end, everything was great! Communication with our host, ideal location, amenities were just what we needed. The weather was blazing hot but the house was perfect & comfortable for both families. We’d definitely recommend this place to our families & friends!

Desert Paradise is a perfect location and size for a family of four adults. The amenities ensured the stay was comfortable. We loved the design of the outdoor space and enjoyed the cooler? weather comfortably. Desert Paradise is a great central location for short trips to Scottsdale and Chandler - our hiking drives were always in the half hour range. Host was very communicative. Great experience and stay!

Lovely home, clean and comfortable, just what our family needed for a 4 day stay in Tempe. Close enough to the highway for easy access to the town, but not too close.The owners were incredibly responsive and easy to work with.Highly recommend!

Desert Paradise was exactly what we needed for our very busy and fun weekend. It worked out very well for all who came from five different states to join in the ASU graduation celebration for our granddaughter (the actual dinner gathering took place at our grandkids' rental that was just a block and a half away). Great Stay

The house was perfect! It is in a great location with access to all you will need during an extended stay, It is on a quiet street but not far from downtown Tempe and the airport. The house is as it appears in the listing. The amenities within the house made for a great stay! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

The property is very functional, well located and stocked with all the little necessities to get started. The kitchen has all that you need and the BBQ is in great condition. We enjoyed our week very much. The owner was easy to communicate with. Strongly recommend.

Family thanksgiving

We had very specific parameters for our trip. Minimum 3 BR 3 bath, with open floor plan, table for 7, and outdoor space with games. This house delivered! Very functional for our specific needs.

Convenient, clean, casual

Pool and mini golf were great for the kids. Some general maintenance needed- under the sink leakage, kitchen cabinets have some dings in them. Kitchen well stocked. Nice to have 3 Bathrooms and laundry room. Met our needs for wedding weekend.
