Superbe maison récemment rénovée de 3 chambres à coucher trÚs proche de la vieille ville de Scottsdale et de Tempe (ASU & Mill Ave). Tout est nouveau dans la maison: 3 télévisions, de nouveaux canapés pour le barbecue et le patio extérieur et des chaises longues pour profiter du soleil au bord de la piscine.

IdĂ©al pour les grands groupes, les golfeurs et tous ceux qui souhaitent venir voir la vieille ville de Scottsdale, visiter l’ASU ou assister au baseball de l’entraĂźnement de printemps. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  5 minutes d'Uber de la vieille ville ou du campus ASU. Il y a aussi une superbe nature Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de la maison.

House was perfect for our family getaway. Our teenagers loved the heated pool and the hot tub. Pool was toasty warm which was great in November! Plenty of outdoor seating. Beds were very comfortable. Great location close to all amenities, restautants and shops. Mike the host was very helpful and accommodating for our late checkout before an evening flight. Would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to anyone for a great stay.

Phoenix stay

Pool was great beds were comfortable lots of space one bathroom didn’t have any shampoo and not enough toilet paper also the kitchen blew a breaker when we tried to use the microwave but the rest of the stay was great! Definitely peaceful and safe neighborhood

Family Spring Break

Stayed with my family here over spring break. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and the owner was very responsive. The cleanliness of the property was less than desirable and there are definitely minor maintenance items that if they were addressed would have made the stay more comfortable.

just what you need

Simple, clean, centrally located, spacious, backyard is so much better than being at a hotel. Having the private pool and jacuzzi is ideal because it never closes, and you don't have to deal with other guests. Very happy with my stay.

Bachelorette Weekend

The stay was great! Host was amazing at allowing companies to come set up decorations and giving access to others for us to make things perfect for the bride. The pool was incredible and the location was easy to get to and from. It felt extremely safe. The only note to make is that the place could use a deep clean. The normal things- showers, toilets, towels, bedding, floors were clean however the outside seating area could have been better cleaned. There were cigarettes on the ground (we are non smokers) and we found glass on the ground. The walls could also use a wipe and the rugs inside could use a vacuum. Overall amazing stay and would book again!

Escape from the snow

Perfect last min stay. We got 18” snow in utah in 2 days. We brought our 5 kids and the stay was perfect. Used the BBQ for some steaks and the heated pool hit the spot. Thank you

Staycation

The property was just as listed. A few minor issues with the power breakers, and shower head in hall bath does not spray right, and kitchen sink door falls. Definitely not deal breaker and would DEFINITELY stay again. These are all issues I'm sure Michael can fix once he knows about them. Had a Great time.

Lovely stay; small annoyances

My (mature) college friends and I enjoyed our weekend gathering at Michael's property. The back yard pool & other amenities were all wonderful. We found the location handy for our outings to Scottsdale, Hole in the Rock, Botanical Gardens and Tortilla Flats. My 4/5 star review is mainly due to a supply issue as the place was missing supplies like hand soap, replacement TP, & body wash. The host responded quickly & had them delivered the next day; but by that time we had discovered additional needs that we hadn't initially noticed. I didn't text him because I wanted to spend time with friends not organize the house, so I can't hold it against him... I'm sure he'd have made it right. I've since alerted him to the needs that would improve the comfort of his guests. I'm hopeful he will address these suggestions ASAP.

My house is right in between old town and ASU's campus in Tempe in perfect location to go anywhere close by or even downtown to Phoenix. I have a great pool and hot tub and I'm close to golfing, hiking or anything you'd want to do in the Phoenix area.
