This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at Harbour Towne sits at the 2 mile marker, offering breathtaking, unobstructed main channel views. From the expansive deck, enjoy a full 180-degree panoramic view of the lake, perfect for watching all the activity without any boat docks blocking your sight. Plus, this condo is just a short distance to the pool.

Inside, the well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, while the dining area boasts a charming bay window and plenty of seating for everyone. The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, direct deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk bed - making it ideal for families or groups.

Conveniently located near top attractions like the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, local caves, golf courses and popular restaurant, this condo is perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Extremely nice condo on the water with good size rooms and beautiful lake views. Unit as described in the listing. Only issue was the 500k liability requirement to the homeowner association that I didn’t find out about until after I booked the property. Not sure if I missed that in the listing or not. I had to increase the liability on my house insurance to cover that requirement resulting in extra cost. Overall the property worked well for my family and met our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location and facility is great. The unit was not very clean. pulled one of the blankets out of the cabinet and it had what looked like dried up puke on it. Also there was a lot of mold on the deck, and in the showers. Overall, this was a good property, it could stand a deep clean.
