Was very presently surprised at all the utensils, appliances. The view was great. Place heated real quick and we found our selves turning the heat down. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. We will be on the lookout for this place again id needed.

The place was clean and the view of the Mississippi river is awesome. We watched the barges. It was well accommodating for 4 adults. We will definitely book another stay.

We were looking for an out of the way place with a great view for a getaway. A great place to kick back and relax. Was also a great starting point to explore the area.

The veiw was amazing. My husband loves trains so that was a welcome surprise being so close! The tralier had everything we could need as far as kitchen ware and bath towels. It was a wonderful place to spend a few days just getting away from day to day. Thank you so much Darla!!!

We did not have pets but it would be very welcoming, this is my second time staying here for a fishing trip on the river and again it did not disappoint, the outdoor patio is an excellent place to hang out being that it is completely enclosed with windows so you don't have to worry about those nasty mosquitoes. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely stunning location. The host was great and the property was clean. We watched the most amazing thunderstorm the last night across the Mississipi. I highly recommend visiting Pikes Peak in IA if staying here.

Came up to stay for the County Line music festival. Easy to get back and forth.

Plenty of space inside and enough room outside to set up bag boards.

The stay was overall very good! We had some reservations when it came to the location, just because while it is private, it’s right across from what we would call a busy road (if there hadn’t been construction) and active rail road. The views were gorgeous, and the accommodations were just what we needed!

Nicely appointed, good view. Darla is a pleasure is a pleasure to deal with. I'm sure will be back again at some point.If you're over 6 foot watch your head hahaha.

Excellent location to the river for fishing and boating

Planned fishing trip with friends and was an excellent location and a comfortable and accommodating place , close to friendly bars and people will definitely stay again.

Beautiful view, very clean!

The property is great! The views are stunning, we sat and watched the sunset. Great star gazing as well. The porch is a great place to hangout and play cards. All the essentials and very clean! We’ll be back!
