We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The host’s communication was excellent, making check-in a breeze. The cottage itself was adorable, with a cozy, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, perfect for cooking meals. The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed, yet the setting felt peaceful and serene. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing getaway!

Quiet, just as described. Host got back to us immediately if we had questions. 30 minutes from bar harbor nd acadia national park. They have a neighbor that sells lobster and we did that. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!Jenny and Dave.

Pleasant stay, but not what we expected.

Overall we had a pleasant stay despite this not being the secluded property we expected for our honeymoon. This cottage is within a neighborhood, which should definitely be mentioned in the listing! The living room, dining room, and kitchen were comfortable and stylish. The bedroom lacked air ventilation, which made it uncomfortably hot while sleeping. Bright red white and blue light strips all over the house next door were so bright, we weren’t able to admire the night sky. Of course this light pollution is not something to be fixed by the host, but a heads up would’ve been nice as we had hoped to stargaze in the backyard.

It’s the little things…

I want to start off this review by saying I have stayed in MANY rentals and this home surpasses them all. Check in was an absolute breeze, the home was warm and inviting, and looked exactly as it did in the pictures (if not better!). The welcome tray of goodies and a gift was beyond my expectations. A binder left next to the tray was full of information for the stay. (I went to MoMo’s and it was incredible!) Even the shower was perfection. Communication with the owner could not have been more on point - even when I had to leave a day early and sent a message in the early AM, I received a very quick response. However, what made this house feel like a home, were the little touches - the laundry detergent pods, the q-tips and face wipes, the abundance of throw blankets, the ice already in the ice trays, the softness of the sheets, etc. I could go on and on, but if you’re looking to stay in this area, please stop looking and stay here!
