Alberto is a fantastic host. Easy to follow, thorough instructions and great tips were provided. This is a perfect little spot to check out Fishtown. Great location and a lot to do within walking distance!

We highly recommend this place in Fishtown! It had everything we needed for our stay. The place was extremely comfortable and within easy walking distance to some great places to eat and drink. Since we now have family in Fishtown, we hope to book this VRBO for each trip from now on! Thanks, Alberto for such a great stay with great communication!

Clean. Host was responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Parking was a bit difficult in the city but not uncommon for that area. But the area was safe.

Small but as described, great location

Very cool place in very cool part of Philly. Probably more of a 4.5 than 5, but it does get a bit loud with other people going in and out of the building (unlocking the outside lock), the walls are pretty thin and the shower is an odd design. With that being said, I would likely go back here and the owner gave very clear checking and out instructions.

Close to Family

This property worked great for us. It was just a short walk to my son's house, so we spent most of our time over there. Although we didn't use several of the features available at this property, we were impressed with how much was available in such a small space - full size fridge, stove top, washer/dryer, etc. - all you would need. Parking could be a challenge but we parked about a ten minute walk away right near my son's house where there's no time limit.

Best stay in Philadelphia

I cannot say enough about Alberto!!! He is top notch! I will never stay anywhere else while in the city! Parking is not the best however no worries Alberto to the rescue he stayed on the phone with me at 11pm and guided me to a spot! Now let’s talk about the flat 
.. OMG the place is amazing! I am a host myself on this platform and I have never come across another property nor host like Alberto!!! Thank you Alberto. You are truly one of a kind.

The apartment looks a lot cleaner than it actually is in the photos. Upon entering there was an extremely strong bleach smell, which isn't great with an infant. The unit was clearly surface cleaned by housekeeping, but had a "deep dirt" feeling. It felt dark and dingy inside. The mattresses and pillows were all extremely uncomfortable. The unit is on the bottom floor of a shared building. On a Saturday night between about 9pm and 4am, the front door opened and slammed probably a dozen times, with people being pretty loud right outside of our door. Also, not ideal for an infant. We weren't expecting luxury, based on the description, but for how much we paid this was pretty uncomfortable and did not feel clean enough for a baby to be staying there. Ideal for younger adults who just need somewhere to crash after a night out on the town. Not ideal for young children or families.

the space does the job if you just need somewhere to crash, which was what we needed it for. Conveniently located and compact! Parking wasn't that bad, and it was a weekend with an Eagles game on Sunday.* Know that the door for the unit is actually an inch from the door for the entire building - my dog was barking because of the heavy foot traffic (and I hate disturbing people), so if you have a dog that reacts specifically to people at the door, be aware! This is NOT the hosts fault at all, just something to take note of depending on your dog's needs.
