This large 2 bedroom is perfect for couples, small groups or traveling nurses. Just 2 blocks to Philadelphia Convention Center, shops, dining & Philadelphia's famous Reading Terminal Food Market!

The apt (2nd floor) is a modern design with all essential amenities including fully equipped kitchen.

Metered street parking on Cherry St and parking garage options within 2 blocks.

**This is a large 900 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor! The apartment comes with all essential amenities, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and free wifi! We ensure an easy self check-in process for ease and convenience.

**The Kitchen: fully equipped with a brand new stainless steel refrigerator, glass kitchen and white cabinetry, dishwasher, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and electric stove. The open floor plan allows you to chat and socialize while you cook! Unit also has new washer and dryer for clothes!

**The Living Area: Large and cozy area with a convertible couch for you to relax on after a long day of working or exploring Philly! The entire apartment is hard flooring with the living area accented with a modern designed. An extendable dining table that doubles as a work space for your business needs. Free Wifi and a smart tv for your evening entertainment.

**The Bathroom: modern design includes natural tile flooring and a white china circular vessel bathroom sink. Large bathtub with surround tile throughout. Over-the-sink mirror cabinet and make-up vanity mirror!

**The Bedrooms: Inviting spaces for your good nights sleep. Super comfortable queen size bed and warm comforter. Night stand with table lamp for extra reading light. Two large windows with extra long curtains that make the room feel warm and welcoming!

We don't allow shoes in the apt or parties. And please no pets/any animals.

This apartment had a great location in Chinatown. It was well maintained and everyone in our family enjoyed the stay. If in Phili again we would come back for sure.

Great host! For anyone on volleyball trip, perfect location. Parking nearby and quick walk to convention center. Plenty of restaurants in area and apartment is spacious and updated. I’ll book again for next year’s tournament. Host quick communication and hospitality a big plus. Highly recommend!

Very convenient. The front door to the building was almost always left unlocked. And one night we had super loud people in the hall right outside the door and freaky noises all night long that sounded like they were in the unit. Not the most secure building. But the unit itself was nice.

Great location with easy walks to old city and Reading Market. We even walked back from Calder Gardens and Rodin Museum, with a lunch stop on the way.The apartment was exactly as pictured on site. The bed we used was comfortable. Lounging seating was fine for two people. May not be enough for two couples. The app completely crapped out on me for check in, but Seth quickly responded to my questions and sent me the info I needed to get into the property. He also responded quickly when a noisy neighbor kept us awake, contacting the appropriate management. No more problems after that.

The host was super responsive and respectful. The apt. Is safe and secure, not to mention so beautiful. I do wish the kitchen was more stocked with proper cooking supplies but thats the only place of improvement for me.

Nice clean apartment in downtown Philadelphia. Be aware, there is a staircase with quite a few stairs to get to the apartment.

My daughter and I were very comfortable in this spacious and well-designed apartment. Comfy beds- we slept very well there. The attractive living area gave us a great place to hang out together, and the kitchen and bath both had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised that there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The two flights of stairs weren't a problem for us, and we found some good resaturabts within walking distance. It's just a quick walk to Jefferson Station from there. A great home base for our visit to Philly!

I have never left anything except 5 star reviews but need to let others know a few things about this property. The property was conveniently located near a conference we attended, but the condo had wear and tear that needed to be addressed. The linens were clean and beds comfortable, but the rugs were very dirty. There was not adequate lighting in kitchen - burnt out overhead bulb and no cabinetry lighting. There were two microwaves, neither worked. The dishwasher was broken. The owner left a note that said the dishwasher was broken and we were required to wash and put away the dishes, but no dish towels were provided. I wouldn't want to eat out of those dishes, because who knows how clean they are. Finally, the entry and crazy steep stairs up to the apartment (they did warn us) was really dirty, and there was a big pile of cleaning supplies/other stuff in hall outside our door (all kinda gross). Worst of all, the locked door leading into the building was almost always ajar -not locked. We would lock when we left building but it was only locked twice during our 5 days there. Philly is a dangerous city and this did not feel safe.
