Appartement Ă  mi-siĂšcle bien conservĂ© avec rĂ©novation rĂ©cente. Architecte d'intĂ©rieur en pierre et maçon propriĂ©taires affichent leur talent pour inclure salle de bains spa inspirĂ© turc douche de travertin, la vanitĂ© et sol en mosaĂŻque chauffĂ©e. Couleurs et le mobilier design crĂ©ent un environnement confortable tout au long de la belle unitĂ©. Lit queen size de la chambre est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec un matelas Sealy Euro Pillow Top, personnalisĂ© tĂȘte de lit rembourrĂ©e, une couette en duvet, des oreillers en duvet, des draps de haute thread. Le salon mĂ©ridienne canapĂ© est parfait pour la lecture ou l'affichage 42 '' TV plasma. Petite table de salle Ă  manger servira aussi bien que d'un bureau. La cuisine a tuiles rouges d'origine avec de nouveaux appareils et les bases simples pour cuisiner Ă  la maison. L'unitĂ© d'appartements est situĂ© sur la face arriĂšre d'un immeuble de 4 appareil avec haute clĂŽture pour crĂ©er une cour et une entrĂ©e privĂ©e. Grandes fenĂȘtres apporter une abondance de vue la lumiĂšre et de la grande cour-jardin.

L'un des charmes de cet établissement est qu'il est dans un quartier calme pour un endroit de la ville. Autant que nous voulons que nos clients d'avoir un bon moment, s'il vous plaßt soyez conscient que ceci est pas un tampon du parti. Le canapé est pas destiné aux clients de couchage supplémentaire et de la literie supplémentaires ne sont pas fournies.

Situation centrale Wallingford. Fermez Way pierre pour les lignes de bus au centre-ville, etc. Way Pierre commence à Lake Union et va au nord Greenlake et devient rapidement une nouvelle rue chaude avec de nouveaux restaurants et de boutiques. PrÚs de Gasworks Park, Burke Gilman Trail, Fremont, Le Troll, zoo de Woodland Park, à 2 miles au stade Husky et l'Université de Washington. Apartment was perfect for Seattle stay! Randy was excellent and very accommodating to anything in her power. The stay was great everything was clean, nice and well stocked and the shower was great! The location is quiet and excellent for seeing the entire city. I would definitely stay again!

Place is simple, organized, and clean. Host is friendly. Only cons were the community laundry room was behind the bedroom wall, so it could be noisy at times but there are no use hours at night. We stayed for a month and for a few days there were new guests above us that were loud overnight making it hard to sleep. It is a bottom back unit away from the street which is a plus but sunlight may be limiting, which isn’t really an issue since we were out mostly.

This property was very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice and easy to operate sinks and shower. Only negative thing was there was mouse poop and a mouse trap under the living room sofa. The shower had no soap in it.

This apartment was perfect for my daughter and I during move-in week at UW. It is close to campus, clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and there are restaurants in walking distance. Randy was great! Very helpful and a great communicator. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Seattle.

Great visit to Seattle

The place is a little dated but it was still 5 star. Great location, very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again if we head to Seattle again

Walkable Seattle

This condo is perfectly located!!! A great older but well maintained part of the city. Walkable to green lake and gasworks park! 10 minutes to the space needle, 15 minutes to pikes place and the ballfields. Honestly had the best time!

Comfortable, Great Location

Everything was as expected, the instructions were clear and very easy to follow. My partner and I wanted to check out the neighborhood as we are thinking of moving to Seattle. Walkable to amenities (5 min to shops on Stone Way & 10-15 to Fremont restaurants at the "Center of the Universe"). As a landscape designer, my one of my favorite parts of the area were the gorgeous gardens/homes and the very convenient walk to Gas Works Park. We didn't have a car but the street parking looked easy enough. Lime bikes were easy to find and operate. If we were there for a longer stay the only thing I would wish to have access to would be a table & chairs in the concrete patio space behind the building.

Couldn't be better.

The apartment is clean and quiet. The grounds, and indeed, the neighborhood are very lovely. Management, (Randy) is a very nice man who will go that extra mile to make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I simply couldn't be happier.

It was adequate.

The property itself was adequate with nice bathroom and bed. Hosts were reliable and helpful. Decor needs updating. I found property actually to be dark and depressing although it did have everything I needed. It worked for me as I spent most time at my son’s home. With updating, it would be much more inviting.

Perfect spot

Great property in a perfect location. I used to live in Seattle and wanted to be near friends and in the Fremont/Wallingford area, and this property worked out great. Very nice space, and great host. Other reviewers mentioned the noise from upstairs, which does happen, but nothing that was loud or distracting or over the top. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Seattle!

My husband grew up visiting his grandmother in this small apartment building. We moved in as newlyweds in 1996 in this one bedroom unit. We called it the ''honeymoon suite''. Over a decade of managing the units as long term rentals, we decided to furnish units and offer as furnished short term rentals.

Close to busy Wallingford, Fremont, Lake Union, Greenlake & the University of Washington. Quick and easy access to downtown. Tucked away in the Wallingford neighborhood. It is a short street with low traffic volume, therefore is a nice quiet location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Since my husband's grandmother was the original owner; we have lovingly cared for this mid-century structure. We are both in the design & construction industry and have applied personal touches.
