Scam Property

There was no stay. No contact with host despite SEVERAL attempts. No contact with VRBO despite SEVERAL attempts. Shame on me for not reading the reviews (this was a complete panic booking after another VRBO property canceled at the last minute while a family of eight was on the road), SHAME ON VRBO FOR CONTINUING TO LIST THIS PROPERTY AND NOT OFFERING ANY SUPPORT.

DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION!

We never got any communication with the host. Never received information for checking in. Tried calling the host, messaging through vrbo and texting, no response whatsoever! Had to call vrbo customer support and they were thankfully able to reimburse me. We had to book another property last minute. I annot stress this enough, DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION, unless you want to be stuck making last minute alterations to your vacation!

Absolutely shocking customer service!!The place was not ready and still locked up on arrival.No access details provided, my wife and 2 small kids standing in the dark with nowhere to stay. Owner would not pick up calls or answer emails. Zero support or accountability. Still no response to this day. Terrible

Do not book with this host!!

After numerous attempts in every way possible we never received any communication from host with any information answering questions, check in info, etc. As directed by Vrbo, we allowed up to the last minute for a response and nothing. We were left unable to access the home that was reserved and paid in full. And we were left with no where to go except the local hotel with 5 adults and 3 children. Completely unacceptable for this host and unacceptable for the way vrbo handled it as well.
