This location is within 25 minutes to Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and 20 minutes from downtown Orlando. The house is 3 miles from historic Winter Garden voted #10 of money magazines top 100 towns and cities to live in. Large yard on a quiet street near a park and playground. Thanksgiving get together

Great location as it was only 5 minute drive to our cousins home. Home was very clean, well furnished and was perfect for the 5 of us. There is a nice park within a 2 minute walk of the house. Only con would be neighborhood is a little run down and yard could use some work. Would stay at this location again.

Very Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean and well cared for. Travel time to Disney was a little longer than we hoped but that was just because of heavy traffic and unavoidable. Thank you again for a great VRBO experience!

Feb 2022 visit

I would give my overall rating 4.5 stars, but that is not an option in the rating system. The house next door and a house across the street are real dumps. This was not nice to look at everyday. It's too bad the city allows this. Ocoee overall is a nice town. The property we stayed at is one of the nicest properties on the street. The yard and patio area need some work though. The host was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Home away from home

We stayed at this property for two weeks while we waited to close on our new home. It had everything we needed and felt like home. The hosts were very accommodating and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Our daughter was home from college and my husband and I both work from home. Everyone had a comfortable room to work, read and chill out in. Even our dog felt at home! The beds were comfy and the design was invitational. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place as a temporary home. This has it all!

Great stay!

This was our first VRBO stay, and it was great! Mary Ann & Sarah are the perfect hosts! The house has been completely renovated and is as pretty as the pictures. The homes on the street are a little older and some are not as well kept, but the neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed walking to the park and even watched a few games of the kids in the neighborhood. We were there for almost a month while our home was being renovated and we couldn’t have been happier!

Comfortable and Homey

The hosts were very welcoming! The house is very clean and cozy! The beds and bedding were above and beyond.. slept like a baby and there was even a pedestal fan which is a must for a good night sleep! Check in and check out were quick and simple! As you drive into the neighborhood you will notice it is a mixed neighborhood of nice newer homes and some older run down homes which can be unsettling for visitors but we had zero problems.. we actually enjoyed seeing the neighbors host a birthday party for their young child! Even then the neighborhood was quiet! Location is minutes from Winter Garden 
 check out their Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.

easy access to all of Orlando and surrounding areas

Beautiful home inside with almost everything you could need to live comfortably. We stayed here for 44 nights and felt at home! The beds and pillows were very comfortable for us! Perfect location to visit everything the Orlando area offers. Enjoyed many local restaurants. Owner is easily reachable and responds quickly.

Clean and Comfortable Stay Near Winter Garden

The condition of the house was all we could ever hope for. We have stayed in rental properties for 10 years now, and this one was equipped far better than any. Good towels, nice linens and even coffee and snacks were provided. Plenty of toilet paper, pair towels, liquid soap etc. Great attention to detail. New tvs. And always immediate response to questions.
