We were there on a soccer tournament at the location from the stadium was perfect. The house was very clean and spacious. The community was very quiet and peaceful but closely located to everything. Great trip and great stay.

Very lovely house. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. Yards were spacious. Host was very nice. Only negative is the safety fence pictured was removed and the sliding door was very easy for a three year old to unlock and open and access the pool.

Thank you for your honest review Denise...I understand the issue with the pool. We wanted to open up the pool to incorporate it with the rest of the backyard so there were no obstructed views. Although the fence was removed we have the sliding door monitored by the alarm system to provide a verbal notification when the door is opened.

The house is great for athletes playing at Arizona Athletic Grounds. The drive to and from was easy with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and on the way. Super safe and quiet neighbourhood that makes walking for ice cream or coffee easy. House was comfortable, could have a few more things like aluminum foil or plastic wrap, the things you need but hate to buy for a few days, but most other items were available. Beds were fine, bathrooms had loads of towels; layout great for a family of four or five. Wished we could have used the pool, but weather was cool.

Home is centrally located. Home was nice & spacious. Meet our needs. Pool was very cold unable to get in it.

Thank you for your review of your stay. The pool is currently not heated but we are looking into the cost and maintenance requirements for having it heated. Other than that, I am happy to see the home meet the needs of your stay. If your travels ever bring you back to the valley we would love it if you consider us for your lodging needs and hopefully the pool would be heated so that you and your guest could enjoy it as well.

We booked for an extended stay (05/12 - 06/03). My allergies were horrendous after the first night. Checked the air filter & it was so packed thick with dust. Don’t think it’d been changed in 6 months. I purchased a new allergy filter to replace the old one & I cleaned the vent grates. Kitchen was not equipped for an extended stay. There was no can opener, no spatula/scraper, missing measuring cups, no mixing bowls or food storage containers. I had to purchase all of those myself. The beds did NOT have mattress protectors/covers. There were stains all over the king bed (visible with & without a black light), the 3rd bedroom mattress looked like something you’d find up during bulk garbage. Completely COVERED in stains, appeared to be urine & other things can’t even guess at & the side walls of the mattress were collapsing (very used). My baby granddaughter has slept on that bed. All the floors had residue on them. My feet were black by the end of the day. The outdoor furniture was completely unusable. The cushions were ripped open & had a white residue on all them that stuck to my fingers. Was not the same furniture from Vrbo pics. Had notified host of everything and was only offered a full refund to go somewhere else. Impossible finding an extended stay Vrbo during Memorial Day weekend, in that specific location, accepting 3 small dogs & a reasonable price range. *I have pics & videos of everything. Contacted Vrbo too.
