Peaceful in the popular, centrally located Dobson Ranch,very close to US 60 and the 101, this property is a mile away from golf club, shopping, 8 minutes from the Cubs Stadium and Arizona State University, 14 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Great restaurants within a couple of minutes, Spring Training! Desert Botanical Garden, Arizona Casino and much more within minutes. Please note parking on the driveway for two cars and on the street, no access to the garage.

The check-in process was seamless. Absolutely no problems during our stay. The backyard was quiet and we enjoyed spending time watching the ducks and the fountain. Only concern was that the RO water ran so slowly it was not usable. Imagine it needed the filter changed. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Awesome!

We've stayed in that general area several times as our son and family live nearby. This was easily the best place we've stayed at. Very nice property, well equipped with everything you need to make meals. Also very well stocked kitchen as far as coffee, oils, sprays,oatmeal,etc. Would definitely stay again

Great comfortable home

The home was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The Master Bedroom bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. We loved the back yard and enjoyed spending time outside. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view!

We loved our stay at this home. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. The backyard view and the ducks on the canal were wonderful. She provides nice luxurious towels and the master bathroom had wonderful lighting for applying makeup. We bought fire logs for the fireplace, and had a nice fire every night while watching the NFL playoffs. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Phoenix area!

Trip to Az for wedding

My husband and I came to Phoenix for a family wedding. We were thrilled to find this cozy place that had the best stocked and supplied items. The owner truly thought of everything you would need to stay here. The bed was comfortable the kitchen had every utensil Pans dishes etc, the couch’s were nice to take a nap on. I sat on the patio 3 days in a row love it here thank you so much

Yearly cousin trip

We came in from South Dakota to escape the winter to refresh. This property is absolutely perfect. It is a very clean, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the ducks. We enjoyed laying on the lawn and catching some afternoon sun. We explored many parts of the Mesa/Phoenix area and weren’t far from anything we wanted to see. From taking in the sunset at Hole in the Rock to the Suns game and the Desert Belle boat tour, we really enjoyed our time there. We hope to come back again some day.

Utopia!!

The house and surrounding area is quite literally a piece of heaven. The house itself is perfect in every way. It's equipped with the exact necessities one would need vacationing away from home. The house's ambiance is very comfortable, decorated with unique SW artwork. The beds are luxurious and lend to a restful night's sleep. The back patio overlooks a small lake. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the ducks and geese on the water. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. Additionally, there's a beautiful walking path not too far away that skirts the lake. It was hard to leave, but look forward to staying in the house again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Super VRBO

We loved the place! The putting green was an added bonus as well as the beautiful patio facing the channel. Fishing was fun and we hit the jackpot with the weather! Mercedes’ and Clay were great hosts . We’ll definitely be back!
