The property was easy to find and the check in/out process were extremely easy to follow. They have a few board games to play in the living room and the hot tub works good!

We were stuck in this cabin for a day and a half due to the snow. The host let us stay as long as we needed due to the weather they also fixed our hot tub AT NIGHT. Amazing hospitality!!!

The perfect mountain getaway! It was relaxing and much needed! The kids LoVed all the board games, Pac-Man video game, dominoes, checkers, and Chess provided. The tv over the hot tub was surprisingly useful for waking up or winding down. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be keeping it in mind for next year! Thanks again for everything!

Location was wonderful, we had an amazing time in the mountains. Host was also very responsive and we shared some things we believe would improve the property, privately with the host. Condition of the cabin overall needs some TLC, but location to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge was great.

This was a cozy cabin in the woods with a wonderful wrap around porch. We did have an issue with the hot tub, but they were quick to get it fixed and working.

My family of six had an amazing stay at this cabin. It was clean and well maintained. We did have a few issues but they were resolved in a very timely manner. For the price, you can not go wrong!

Cozy and cute little place, We were greeted by a Bear when we arrived but never bothered us. We knew we were in for a good stay! The downstairs bathroom wasn't working, but there were 2 others to use. We loved our stay, the fireplace was so cozy and just flip a switch. I would say its a busy road but still enjoyable. The only con for us was no pantry, We love to cook. small kitchen but works. We would stay again...

Comfortable Home and Excellent Communication

We had a great stay and really appreciated how quickly the host responded when the hot tub needed repair. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We did notice a few minor issues during our visit, which we shared privately with the host. Overall, a lovely visit with great communication!

The loft did not have a full bed, just 2 single trindle beds. No closets except in downstairs bathroom. Exhaust fan in bathroom with shower needed to be cleaned did not work correctly. The floors had not been cleaned, we cleaned them. We have cable at home, streaming service did us no good.
