Located right on Lake Dillon and within walking distance to town, the Dillon Amphitheater, and canoe rental shops, this 5-bedroom home comfortably accommodates 10–12 guests (with two additional sofas). Just 7 miles from Keystone Ski Resort and 15 miles from Breckenridge, it’s the perfect base for both summer and winter adventures.

PLEASE NOTE
‱ This home does not have air conditioning. As is common for homes in the mountains, AC is rarely needed due to the mild summer climate. We recommend opening the windows in the evenings to enjoy the fresh mountain air and natural cooling.
‱ Canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks are not stored on the property to avoid liability concerns, but guests are welcome to bring their own. As a thank you, we provide a gift card with each reservation for two free paddle or kayak rentals through Stand Up Paddle Colorado—just a short walk from the home.

This property includes an attached casita/guesthouse designated for the caretaker and co-host. It will remain unoccupied during guest stays, and access is only through the front door, ensuring complete guest privacy throughout the main house.

OWNER’S NOTE
This is not just a rental—it’s the owners’ cherished second home. Every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, was chosen with intention and care. Much of the dĂ©cor was handmade or created by the owners themselves, who are local artists. Guests are invited to enjoy the space with the same appreciation and respect that make it feel so special.

Overall stay was excellent! The house has everything you need! Location is great and easy to access paddle boarding, and the Dillon Amphitheatre. The front deck is an excellent place for enjoying conversation and relaxing while looking out at the lake.

Lovely home with a breathtaking lake view. Every amenity you could ever need or want. Sits in a Bay Area on the lake that is perfect for paddle boarding, swimming or kayaking. Great sandy beach for young children to play on.Close to restaurants and shopping. Could not have been more pleased with this property. Would definitely stay again.

This house is super unique. There is a lot going on inside the house (artwork, objects, books, collectibles, etc) so just know that going into it. It’s a great location with easy access to the lake and we enjoyed being able to rent some kayaks/paddle boards just around the corner in which the host provided us with a discounted gift card to use with that company which was very nice. The back patio is great for hanging out on and watching everything going on. The host/property Manager (Courtney) was wonderful to work with and made everything easy to stay here.
