This condo has 2 queen sized beds in master and a flat screen TV. The full attached bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower. The living room has comfy furniture with sleeper sofa, love seat and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and full size cooking appliances.

This condo sleeps 6 maximum. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, large and small to include a coffee pot, toaster, blender, and utensils. Condo has its own Wi-Fi. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful sunsets. Sand toys, etc. are available to use. You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo. Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older. Grocery stores and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!
