Welcome to our stunning modern retreat!

Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this spacious oasis provides comfort and relaxation for your group. Immerse yourself in the oversized bathroom, complete with rainfall showers and a luxurious tub, offering a perfect sanctuary for rejuvenation.

The large kitchen has a generous island, fully stocked and equipped with gas stove for your convenience. The open layout allows for seamless entertaining and quality time with your loved ones.

Step outside into the outdoor haven, where you`ll find outdoor dining table, grill and a hot tub!

In the living room, there is an 85 inch TV, and an arcade machine!

No parties or events allowed.

Our home is strictly non-smoking. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette buds are found anywhere on the property or if there`s a smoke smell inside the home.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.

To prevent plumbing issues, do not flush baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Dispose of them in the trash.

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything that we needed for the babies, The adults, and the dogs. It was convenient to everything that we had to do and the wedding we were going to.The arcade game was definitely hit with all ages

The property was exactly as advertised. One suggestion would be adding a few more basics (pans, measuring cups bowls) to the kitchen and a door mat in the entrance to cut down on foot tracks on the floors. Check in/out was very convenient. Overall it was a great stay!

Long weekend in Las Cruces

The house was clean and very nice. The kitchen worked well for us and it was great to have the hot tub on a beautiful New Mexico night. It was also nice to have a garage for my car and my friend’s car. The location was fine. We enjoyed the stay!

Nice Quaint Getaway!

Everything about this property was perfect. Couldn't have asked for more. Only issue we had was the ceiling fan was shorted in the Master Bedroom and it was stuffy the first night. We made her aware and she promptly answered and assured us it will be taken care asap.

Beautiful home, only issue was for a week’s long stay a vacuum would be nice. Just to maintain a clean environment. Also several of the remotes for the fans had dead batteries, Thank you for sharing your home!

Cute home in a safe neighborhood

The check in process was super easy. Very quiet neighborhood and we felt extremely. Sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing after doing the Alkali Flat trail at White Sands National Park. It was fun winding down at night by playing Pac-Man. Only an hour drive to the Riverbend hot springs. to

At first glance the place seemed very nice. Here are recommendations. Towels were rough to use when drying after a bath, toilets should be upgraded because when you use them they are small, whom is running the property should ensire the batteries are good on all remotes and ensure the propane tank is full so we can use the grill, the kitchen utensils should be a better quality from the coooking utensis to the bowls to make food, the last issue the couch was comfortable but needs to be cleaned. On the positive note that caught our eye to rent there was the hot tub that the family enjoyed, open floor plan, the beds were comfortable, nice backyard and front yard appeal, and great location to go around Laa Crucea.

Great house and easy to locate and access. Hot tub was great and couch was big enough for everyone to use. The only thing I would ask for are vents in the bathrooms and windows that stayed open. We really enjoyed our stay!
