It has a Queen Bed with an Ease Zero Gravity Adjustable Mattress Frame, Dresser, Chair and TV. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, Dresser and TV. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed with an Ease Zero Gravity Adjustable Mattress Frame, Chesser and TV. Bedroom 4 with an attached full Bathroom has 2 Queen Beds with Ease Zero Gravity Adjustable Mattress Frames and Tall Dresser. There is a Full Bathroom with a Tub/Shower between Bedroom 2 & 3 and another Full Bathroom between the Kitchen and Dining Room. Linens, pillows and towels are provided. Sunroom/TV Room is a nice sitting area, for children to play or Sleeping Area. There is a Lazy Boy Sleeper Sofa, Chair and Ottoman. Sleeper Sofa has a comfortable Queen size Memory Foam Air Mattress. The Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, pots/pans and kitchen utensils. Microwave, coffee pot and Keurig single pod coffee maker. Coffee is provided. All new appliances and a Counter height table with 6 stools. There is a Dining Room with room for 8 at the table. Counter Height stools from the Kitchen can be moved to the Dining Room table for more seating together. Living Room has leather sofa and 2 leather recliner rocker chairs. High speed internet/WIFI, and 55 inch TV with Roku. Lower level has full Kitchen, Leather Recliner Sofa, Leather Reclining Rocker Chair sofa, 65 inch TV with Roku and Pool Table that is great for kids. There is a back yard, deck with outside furniture and outside propane fire pit. Grocery and convenient store one mile from house on Route 39.
