Magnifique villa moderne du milieu du siÚcle avec vue sur l'océan et la montagne. Il se trouve au pied d'une colline, loin de tout bruit de l'autoroute, avec une vue de 180 degrés sur l'océan Pacifique d'un cÎté et les montagnes de Santa Ynez de l'autre.

Beaux parois avant et arriÚre avec des meubles de patio confortables pour le bronzage, la lecture, les repas en plein air, le thé ou des cocktails.

Confortable pour les familles. 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Récemment rénové avec des appareils modernes et une laveuse / sécheuse complÚte, une cuisine moderne, un wifi haut débit, un cùble et Netflix.

House was stocked with everything that we could have needed. Loved the selection of games and books!! Enjoyed walking into town for breakfast and dinners. Easy drive to Santa Barbara and enjoyed a day exploring Ojai.

Great location, very close to a picturesque beach and a great playground on the same beach. Beautiful views from the patio that makes you want to stay outside. Well-stocked house with all essentials and more. Very hospitable and helpful hosts. We’re a family of four and very much enjoyed our stay.

The home was perfect for my annual weekend away with a friend. There was a lot of outdoor space, which allowed us to visit but also retreat for reading or whatever else. It was a 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to the main street of Summerland, which had several great shops and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Most of all, the communication, responsiveness and flexibility with the owner was maybe the best I've had in all my VRBO experiences.

Darling home with three bedroom and two baths. Great location with peekaboo view of water and mountains behind you. Home very well stocked . I came with my two besties for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. Had few snags with getting in and locks but home owner was so wonderful to work with and kind. Beautiful Home in a cute little town

This house had everything we needed for a great week in the Santa Barbara area. Maxim and Vinita are incredible hosts. Very helpful with local recommendations and very responsive. Not that you really need to contact them. This house was one of the best stocked places I’ve ever stayed. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable. There are games. And the deck with view of the Pacific is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home and in Summerland and it was an easy hop to Santa Barbara. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and pretty well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and plenty of dishes. Nice assortment of serving pieces as well. The property is lovely, with fruit trees and many varieties of vegetation. Good variety of games and books for all. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My only suggestion to them is to perhaps to have a couple extra bathroom towels available. Definitely recommend staying at Villa Verde!

Private "beachy" vibe.....

Beautiful outdoor living space

We knew the pictures showed lots of outdoor living space, but that back yard was better than expected! We had a "birder" in our group and he was thrilled by all the activity. We at every meal al fresco. The house itself was cute and fun. Our only complaint (might be an age thing) was that the beds only came with a comforter - no flat (top) sheets. For us, it was either too hot or too cold ... hard to get comfortable.

terrific graduation weekend

Family came out for graduation weekend and found this beautiful home with an ocean view to be an incredible value. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was a must and then throw in a beautiful setting with plenty of room to be together as well as several decks/patios for time to oneself. My MiL couldn't get over the lush foliage. Feels very private without feeling isolated.Only regret is not having at least one day of nothing planned as it was a busy commencement weekend and this home would be great for quiet reading by fireplace or any of the outside areas or in the comfy beds... or a fun movie or game night in the living area. And the communication with host can't be beat - courteous, thoughtful, and prompt. Just great overall.

Beautiful, comfortable space. Love it!

The house is stunning. It was so comfortable. So beautifully appointed. Well stocked kitchen, all the cooking utensils you need to cook a meal. Very clean, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. The owners were super responsive and very nice. I would happily stay here again. In fact would considering visiting again just to stay here.

Gardens and views

My family of four was so happy in this house that we made all our dinners there and spent lots of conversation time on the decks. The kitchen was excellently appointed with a really nice stove. The descriptions don't mention all the beautiful flowers surrounding the property. It was a treat to be able to see the ocean from one of the decks every day. The town of Summerland is so sweet, we liked it as much as we liked Santa Barbara.

Perfect family weekend retreat

We stayed with our adult children and their mates. We had a wonderful weekend. The house was perfect for us all to be together and had lots of space too. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking and lots of games and comfortable outdoor space. Beds were comfortable as well. Summerland was adorable and we also had a great time in Oji. Great location, we’d definitely stay again

Charming

We traveled to the area for our daughters wedding and needed a place to call home, and that just what we got! From the moment I booked Vinita was an excellent host! She responded quickly to my emails and questions. She made sure everything we needed was there and read for our stay! The home is absolutely charming and full of anything and everything you could need for a trip! The open airy feeling is so welcoming. The patio was perfect for our party of 4 to relax from all the crazy things wedding related. The kitchen is well stocked with everyhting you may need. Very comfortable! The home is clean and well cared for. Its also very convienient and close to SB and the beach but far enough away you don't feel crowded. We have traveled to SB many times, as our dgt lives there but had never explored Summerland. What a charming little town. Go take a walk, grab a coffee at the cafe and walk the cute shops! You wont be dissapointed.
