The Space:

This property can accommodate up to 6 guests with 1 master bedroom (King sized bed) and a guest room with full sized bunk beds.

Our kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs and new appliances. Washer and dryer ready for your use.

There are two community pools right in front of the complex, which runs along 11th St.

Outdoor shower and grill are ready for your use!



Guest Access:

The whole house besides owners closet.

-**ALL PRIMARY RENTERS MUST COMPLETE AN ID SCREENING PROCESS AND RENTAL AGREEMENT*-



**Primary Renter must be 25 yrs or older**



-Renting a golf cart for your stay? Ask about our special golf cart rates! Up to 10% off for our guests with FREE DELIVERY. 6 passenger and 4 passenger carts available delivered right to your condo!



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart).



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
