Each bedroom offers a comfortable place to rest after a day of adventures, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, another king-size bed in the second bedroom, and four twin beds in the spacious loft/3rd bedroom. With two updated bathrooms, convenience and privacy are ensured for all guests.

The condo features a dining area, living room, mudroom, 2 renovated bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, making your stay hassle-free and enjoyable.

Navigating to Jack O'Lantern Resort is a breeze! Simply take exit 30, turn right, then another right onto Jack O'Lantern Drive. At the fork, veer left and continue until you reach unit 38.
1.Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters at the end of your stay. A $50 disposal fee will be charged for any trash left in the unit.

2.Parking: Only two vehicles per unit are allowed in the designated parking area. Do not park on grass or walkways. Additional vehicles must use the overflow parking lots. Illegally parked vehicles will incur a $200 fine per vehicle, per incident. Any fines imposed by the HOA will be charged to the tenant.

3.Pets and Smoking: No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.

4.Inspections and Damages: All units will be inspected upon departure for any misuse or damages.

5.Outdoor Fire Pits: Outdoor fire pits are not permitted as per the condominium HOA regulations.

6.Poolhouse Access: Each unit is issued poolhouse access key cards. Cards must be returned at the end of the rental. Lost cards will incur a $100 charge per card.
