Il n'y a pas d'autre station comme Deer Park. Il est le seul lieu de vacances avec piscine, plage avec lac, rivière et dans la station dans la zone. Nos maisons en rangée est propre, magnifiquement décoré, et prêt à vous accueillir. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande aire ouverte salon et salle à manger et une grande terrasse privée avec des sièges. Chacune des chambres dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond et de sa propre salle de bains et il ya une troisième salle de bain sur le niveau de vie. Il ya un lit queen dans le maître et deux ensembles de lits superposés dans la deuxième chambre. Vous ne voudrez pas quitter!

Le centre récréatif comprend un énorme 1500 pieds carrés. Piscine intérieure, centre de fitness, jacuzzi, saunas, court de squash, salle de jeux vidéo et salle de jeux. Activité de plein air comprend 8 courts de tennis, des pistes de jogging, basket et de volley et un lac de 5 acres avec sa propre plage privée de sable pour les seuls résidents Deer Park et à leurs invités. La rivière est à quelques pas de la natation et des tubes de la rivière!

Vous serez à pied à North Woodstock et Lincoln. Très proche de toutes les attractions de la Montagne Blanche, y compris Tale Parc aquatique de Whale, Trading Post Clark, mini-golf, Cannon et Loon Mtn., Story Land. Un paradis pour les amateurs de plein air avec les Montagnes Blanches à votre porte.

Internet sans fil est inclus dans la maison, et pas seulement dans le centre de loisirs comme dans la plupart des cas. Il ya un HD T. V 42 pouces dans le salon, une télévision de jeu dans la chambre des enfants (avec Playstation et des jeux) et une télévision dans le maître.

Tous les draps et serviettes (sauf serviettes de plage) sont inclus. Laveuse et sécheuse sont dans une buanderie au large au premier étage. Nous espérons que votre séjour ici dans les montagnes est aussi parfait et agréable que possible et vous laissons avec de merveilleux souvenirs!

This was our second or third time staying at this townhouse in Deer Park. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The three bedrooms worked out great for our family. We would stay here again next year.

Great condo for family vacation! Condo was clean, cozy yet spacious for our family. Kitchen was well equipped with everything for preparing family meals. We have been traveling to Deer Park for many years with our family, we love the location and all the amenities! Stephanie’s condo was perfect for our yearly trip!

House was very well stocked, not with food, of course as they can't store food here. But there was everything you could want or need to cook with. Using the pool/lake/arcade was easy to check in and out of. We are at one of the recommended locations, pemi pub and not only was it super yummy, it had gluten free options for our daughter!House was spacious and beds were pretty comfortable.

We stay at Deer Park every summer with our two adult daughters and their partners. We have friends that own a unit and we rent the same time they have to spend time together. This is our second time in this condo and it is our favorite. Lots of room and private. We always have dinner and game nights together with 10-12 people. 3 beds/bath is perfect for 6 adults staying and makes getting ready for dinner out much quicker! Thank you for another great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location with easy access to activities. The condo was very clean, comfortable, with plenty of space. The bedroom & bath on the first floor were perfect for my parents. My 9 year old loved the pool and clubhouse.

Great spot at Deer Park

This is a great townhouse, clearly updated compared to most places in deer park. I have stayed at a bunch of places in deer park and this one has been updated. Granite countertops, modern appliances, and renovated master bathroom. One note - as stated on the listing, there is no AC, which was not a problem for us, as the place is shaded by trees nicely. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. On top of all that, Deer Park itself is a great place for families, as the beach and pool are perfect for kids to play in and adults to hang out.

Always love Deer Park

Deer Park has always been great for a family getaway. Plenty for my teenagers to do and I don’t have to provide transportation because it’s easily accessible by foot or bicycle. And a relaxing place for a parent.

Great Stay!

We had a great time at the property and it was well equipped for our needs. The host was responsive and helpful. We did have an issue with the cleaning of the house since we had requested early check-in but sorted out soon. The clubhouse is currently closed due to COVID, would have loved to use all the facilities.

Host responded quick. Great location, near many activities and NH popular to do. My kids were bummed the pool and jacuzzi was under construction( would of been nice to know ahead of time) But we were happy with the private little beaches on site. We got plenty of River access near the site! The home had everything to accommodate my family with kids .

Fun in the sun

We had a great time floating around the lake or exploring Loon Mountain during the day and having a lot of laughs while playing games in the condo at night. We had 3 adult couples staying in the condo, us and our adult children with their partners. Plus we had another 5 friends that stayed in the same complex join us for dinner and games and we had plenty of room. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Great location

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Some of the pros: great neighborhood, each bedroom had a bathroom, close access to lake and rec room, centrally located, great stove, owner was very quick to respond, a lot of pamphlets on activities to do in the area, comply beds. Cons: grill wasn’t working at the time we stayed (part was in order), painting the outside of the building (lack of privacy), not all the lights worked, no empty cabinets for food, no AC, tv in the second bedroom wasn’t hooked up or working, we thought this unit was riverfront but it was not. Overall we would recommend this place!!

Thank you for your feedback. Yes the grill was not working but there is one at the lake. Covid has disrupted the ordering process for the part. The TV in the second bedroom is for gaming. There were two other working televisions that are in my description. I am not sure why there is not room for food? I leave two full cabinets open for food, but will check on that. I have my cleaners checking all the lights. As you say, I am very responsive and want the best possible stay for all my guests!

Vacation and college move in! I’m

House is exactly as described! Was alittle hot with no A/C but opening the windows helped a ton. My only complaint was the house was very very dusty. All light fixtures had cob webs and dust and under the tables had dirt and food. Our family loves the area and the space is amazing, plenty of room to sleep, lounge and fully stocked with everything a family could need!

We are a family of 5 who purchased this townhome for year around enjoyment. Since our children all are grown and work during the summer, we wanted to share our beautiful condo so others can do the wonderful and fun things we did with our kids. We hiked, swam in the lake, went river tubing and visited all the nearby attractions. We created wonderful memories with our children at Deer Park. We hope that you enjoy your vacation and feel at home in ours.

We have taken great care to provide you with everything you need for your vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated. There is a large open concept living space to relax. There is a smart TV, and two other TV's in the condo. The bunk room has a Playstation with games and a gaming TV. We purchased a new grill and deck furniture so you can eat on the private deck. The condo is across from the river and tennis courts. The rec center and lake is a 3 minute walk. It s the only resort with a flat road to ride bikes or roller blade.

Deer Park is the only resort with a lake and beachfront. Lounge chairs are provided. The river is so fun to tube in. We fell in love with Deer Park because it is so unique with the 8 tennis courts, basketball courts and full amenity rec center. There is no other resort like it in the area. There are hiking trails throughout the resort and you can walk into North Woodstock or Lincoln.Perfect for a family getaway.
