The view was beautiful. We could hear the waves and watch the surf during the storm. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. Views and access wonderful. Had what we needed. Only improvement: very warm in unit. A bit musty at first but fine was screen door opened.Need to clean ceiling fan in master bath. Otherwise, pretty clean. Would stay again.

Great condo, just as listed. Excellent location on the boardwalk. Condo was clean. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Parking garage was a plus. Melanie was very easy to communicate with and accomodating. We would stay here again when back in San Diego.

This property was super easy to find and access, and the property manager was so kind and even offered us an early check-in. You can’t get any closer to the beach, and it’s also just a short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. The owner even recommended a nearby fresh fish market — we bought fresh Halibut to cook at the property and went back another day for lunch. Such a thoughtful touch! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Stayed here with three girlfriends, we all really loved the space, and steps to the beach is hard to beat. Check in was easy, communication was great. The space was comfortable and outfitted with all the beach necessities you could want! It is a party district so there was music until late on Friday and Saturday, but we honestly enjoyed it and it didn't impact sleep. Would definitely stay again!

Melanie is a wonderful and thoughtful host. The condo is clean and tidy with lots of thoughtful touches for guests/travelers. Our family of five was comfortable and enjoyed being steps from PB. Highly recommend!

Couple Getaway

My gf and I went up to stay in PB for a few days. This is a great place to stay at. We had beach views and everything that you could need was nearby. CVS and Ralph's walking distance for groceries or things. Coffee shops all around. JRDN to go eat great food. & the boardwalk to walk it all off. The place was clean and cozy. Melanie our host was great and accommodating. We had a great trip and would absolutely return here anytime. 10/10 review!

Great place! Highly recommend!

We took a chance with this listing since there were no reviews and couldn't be happier with our choice! Melanie's condo is in a wonderful location, right on the beach in an ideal spot of Pacific Beach. The ocean views from the balcony and the master bedroom are gorgeous and wonderful to wake up to! The place was very clean, spacious, well stocked, and beautiful, just like the pictures. Melanie was very responsive and easy to work with! Highly recommend staying here for a fun beach vacation close to all there is to enjoy in PB!
