This was our third visit to this lovely rental on the beach. Amenities like secure parking and elevator access are a real plus for us. John, our host, couldn't have been more accommodating. He was attentive to our smallest needs. Everything works, very clean, and the view is simply gorgeous!

The condo was very comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. We were able to keep the windows open and the crashing waves lulled us to sleep every night.The kitchen is fully stocked and the included beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels came in great use.We truly enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

The location is perfect. Great view of the ocean and very close to a grocery store along with many restaurants nearby. John was a great property manager and very responsive. A couple things travelers might find helpful. There is no air conditioning, there is one washer and one dryer for each floor and coin operated. Lastly, this is a busy area with pop up vendors selling many things. There are bands, guitarists and solo singers that play in that area. They play well into the evening. Sadly there are homeless scattered around this area.

We loved this location. Great views of pacific beach walk way, beach, water and people watching. We spent hours just sitting in the unit looking out at everything! Great window views from the main living area and main bedroom! Very clean and spacious. Also has extras like beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, and chairs. John was great to work with! He called me and gave all the information I needed and was very responsive! Would definitely rent again.

The panoramic ocean views from the living room, dining room and primary bedroom are absolutely breathtaking and unbeatable, and they completely make up for whatever the unit itself might lack in size or amenities. The kitchen and primary bedroom and bath are a good size; the second bedroom is small and has a tiny bathroom. The furnishings and decor are okay/mediocre at best. Communications from the property manager were excellent and helpful. The parking garage was very convenient. We highly recommend the nearby Kono's Cafe for breakfast (a short 3-minute walk to the north on the boardwalk). We were very happy, overall, and would definitely stay here again, primarily for the outstanding views of the beach.

We had a wonderful trip, and staying at this property was the perfect choice! The unit is clean, very comfortable, and spacious. The views were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets, morning coffee with views of the ocean, and people watching! Easy walking access to shopping, restaurants, and groceries. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if we come back to San Diego!
