Located next to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, you can enjoy easy access to luxurious amenities with complimentary amenity cards, as well as high-end amenities right from home – including private sundecks, ocean views, and easy access to the beach just steps away!

Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by an open living area with surrounding windows, coastal inspired décor, vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofa seating, and a large flatscreen TV. A convenient desk is available beneath the stairs for remote work.

The adjoined dining area offers seating for six, as well as access to a private deck through sliding glass doors with an outdoor dining space for four and a gas grill. The full, spacious kitchen offers high-end appliances including an electric stove, plenty of counter space, a kitchen bar with seating for two, and everything you need to make a meal right from home. Sliding glass doors provide an abundance of light as well as access to a spacious porch with an outdoor living space.

This spacious Spinnaker Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests throughout 3 bedrooms. On the main level, you’ll find the first bedroom equipped with a King size bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV for your entertainment, access to the screened porch, as well as a full bathroom in the hall with a shower/tub combination. On the upper level, you’ll find two additional bedrooms both with Queen size beds, private balconies in each, and shared access to a full bathroom.

Wherever you stay on the island, our Seabrook rental houses have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Across the street from beach access.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.
