2713 Seabrook Island Road
We welcome you to stay at our beautiful, quiet beach house – perfect for family getaways. This spacious, clean home is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and located close to the beach club, golf, and other amenities. This home is a blend of comfort and function, with many spots to relax, retreat and entertain.

The open-space living room features a beautiful fireplace, elevated ceiling, abundant seating, natural light and a large TV. Off of the living room, the large eat-in kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and dishes. A propane grill sits on the deck, and the screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine, while watching the deer and wildlife in the quiet yard. The laundry room and half bath are also located in the hallway.

The large master suite, conveniently located on the first floor features a comfortable king bed, TV, and a bath: with walk-in shower, skylights that flood the room with natural light, and a double-sink vanity. Also on the first floor, the second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk beds.

The large third bedroom retreats off the kitchen living area over the garage and offers a king bed, a sofa sleeper, TV and ensuite bath. Linens, towels, and a starter amenity pack is provided for your convenience.

The garage is attached to the home. A large driveway features ample parking.

Pets NOT allowed

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

Overall was a lovely stay. Well stocked home with all the necessities. Minor inconveniences were water wasn’t working in refrigerator and carpets could use a good cleaning/be replaced.

Great location

We had a nice time. We had a maintenance issue with washer, but the property manager responded quickly and made the repair. The home had a great location, a short bike ride to beach and pool.

Wonderful family spaces

Full kitchen and lovely screened porch and grill area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and spacious. Very clean and well-maintained. It was a wonderful week and we so appreciated the extended stay for our family to be together. If anything it might have been nice to havevthe ability to rent a golf cart. With three families driving in from different states, we had to use one of our cars to get stuff to the beach and travel to and from the beach club pool walking is hard without sidewalks. Rules don’t allow for the extra vehicle so not sure anything can be done about that! Highly recommend!

Seabrook Bliss

Family of seven - four teens in that mix. Everyone had a fabulous stay. Bedrooms were nice. Frog room was such a bonus. We wish we had known in advance that the sofa is a sleeper. Might have changed around the assigned rooms if we knew this in advance. Kitchen has great cooking space. Could use a couple of new non-stick skillets as the ones there are starting to flake. Maybe a couple of spatulas for flipping pancakes in the non-sticks too. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available. We believe you might have a bearing going out on the dryer based on the sounds it makes. It still worked for us. Entire house is prettier than the photos show. Bright and airy. Bring along some ant spray and you are set. Typical southern issue, ants and roaches (aka palmetto bugs). We did not find any spray inside of the house. We did call the rental company and they sent someone out to spray, which we appreciated. Highly recommend that you don’t leave any food whatsoever on the counter or it will be covered in ants. Although this review may seem like it has some complaints, we loved the house. We loved Seabrook. We loved Freshfields Market. Don’t go to the grocery at Freshfields on Saturday. Unbelievable lines. All the way to the rear in every lane. Wow! We found another grocery 15 minutes away and it worked perfectly with no wait. Local restaurants were delicious, especially the hush puppies at Salty Dog and the tacos at Cantina 76. Scrumptious! People in the area so so nice and welcoming. Beach Club was ok. Pool was nice but restaurant was closed and not sure when it would reopen. Lakehouse Club pool was far less crowded. We enjoyed it very much. We also rented a golf cart from Lightning Bugz and found it very helpful to have. We chose the gas powered one and it was perfect. Came with a full tank and it lasted us all week and we used it a lot. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home. We would absolutely recommend it to others and would like to stay there again in the future.

Fabulous house!

Lovely home. We came in to be greeted by a complementary bottle of wine. We love Seabrook anyway, but were blown away by the house. It’s nestled under beautiful trees and back off of the road. All updated home, beautifully decorated. Super comfortable beds. My favorite was the screened in porch where I could watch the deer and listen to the birds. We will be back!
