This is a one-of-a-kind cottage located 10 minutes outside of Maryville. BEAUTIFUL mountain views. This is a 2 story, 2 bedroom cottage that also has 3 twin-size bunks for kids in the upstairs loft area. This is our home away from home. We completely rebuilt this cute house from the 1930s while preserving the character with the finishings and furniture. This is country but luxury. You will absolutely LOVE this Tennessee Farm Cottage!

Truly enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing with privacy yet also close to Maryville, The Smokies and Knoxville areas. Owner was super responsive to all inquiries during our stay.

This home is very well kept and has all the basic necessities needed for a stay home away from home. It has a cozy feel to it, loved it! It is located on the outskirts of town so it's an easy commute to stores if needed. And the view of the mountains are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable and ample towels available if needed. The host was very helpful and accommodating.Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when in the area.

This property is amazing. Spacious living/kitchen area. Far enough out in the country, but close enough to the city to go shopping for your needs. A nice little family farm stand around the corner, that had a ton of pumpkins in all colors and sizes. We will definitely be renting this property again !!!

The house is charming, comfortable in a serene setting. Two nice bedrooms, two living spaces and three adorable bunks. Great country views.

We were in Maryville with Daughter and Granddaughters before and while they went to Montvale Camp. Very close by and convenient. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. While they were at camp, we went to Cades Cove Stables for a Carriage Ride and on another day we drove into Gatlinburg to look at rentals for another TN trip. Elijah was very helpful. We had a nice dinner at Aubreys. We had groceries delivered from Kroger and we got best price on gas at Kroger fuel.

Quick trip

Property is just like the pictures, beautiful. Just a few things lacking to make it great. There are Mountain View’s but no outside deck seating. Good restaurants around but you can’t have leftovers as there is no microwave. I understand not hooking up the water line for the fridge but no ice trays made having a cold drink impossible.

A great, centrally located abode that we used as a home-base for our day excursions around Palermo and Northwest Sicily. To be honest, the bathroom and related amenities could be better, don't expect much and ask for shower soap/body wash, shampoo and toilet paper. The shower needs some upkeep and improvement, quite grimey. Also, Wonderful Italy's communication is poor and we received zero instructions of how to contact the receiving host when arriving at the location, the provided Whatsapp number did not suffice for timely communication.
